I agree with you. I think PSG doesn't have a good mentality in European competitions. I don't mean they are a bad team. As far as I remember they managed to qualify for the quarter-finals of UCL last season so there is no doubt they are a solid team. But now we are talking about the condition of each important match in a difficult situation. Besides tactics I think mentality will also determine the outcome of the match. Some teams will experience a down mentality when in a losing situation but some teams with a champion mentality can create miracles by catching up on goals or even turning the score into a win. Honestly I haven't seen that kind of mentality in PSG. Some teams with a champion mentality last season were Real Madrid, Atalanta and Leverkusen who managed to get out of difficult situations in important matches several times.
PSG's defeat at Arsenal's home in the Champions League match is proof that PSG still has to be better outside Ligue 1 because being strong in Ligue 1 alone will not guarantee PSG to be able to become champions outside there. Even though Arsenal and PSG are two teams that have never won the Champions League during their careers, it must be admitted that Arsenal is a team that is much more consistent when playing at home so that they were able to beat PSG in that important match without any goals being scored in return from PSG.
It is true that the champion mentality is very important and it should be the focus that must be improved by every coach who has coached PSG so far, we know if the squad they have is very strong but whether they are aware of it or not, with competition that is too easy like today will obviously also shape their mentality is very weak, in the champions league every team needs a strong and capable squad to compete,  but we cannot deny that the mentality in every crucial match in the UCL is also often a decisive factor for a team to win.
PSG defeat from Arsenal in the Champions League shows that they still need to improve their form outside of Ligue 1 and it will be very difficult to do if there is no increased competition in the Ligue 1 competition, In fact, we can compare the mentality formed from a team like Aston Villa who play in the current tight Premier League with PSG who continue to dominate Ligue 1, isn't it quite different?
Arsenal, although they have never won the Champions League, but so far the competition in the English league requires them to continue to show better consistency in the league and indirectly it is contagious to their performance when playing in the Champions League, and in contrast to PSG who is indeed too monotonous when they play outside the domestic league.
PSG  not yet shown the mentality to bounce back from a difficult situation even when they have a lot of great players in the squad, so it has been a barrier for them to be able to succeed in competitions like the Champions League all along.

They are going to lose matches due to their poor effort and effort, you see why PSG can't when Arsenal can work hard.  They should have worked hard and put pressure in this match, but they couldn't.  I have said many times that companies look at their scope.  Arsenal players won this match by scoring 2 goals but PSG could not score a single goal and lost the match, while PSG is a good and strong team, they could not work hard.  Why would the company teach them when they are making a profit?  Don't bet too quickly but compare the opposing team and your team you are betting on and see which team is the best.  If I were to predict this match, I would put a lot of money on Arsenal because Arsenal looked sharp and performed well in this match.
You think PSG didn't put much effort in their game against Arsenal? Thn look well because I know that if it wasn't for the defense of the Gunners and their keeper, some wicked shots from Kolo Muani and others should have found the net. PSG performed as they should, the only thing was that they played Arsenal who are also good at what they do.
Desperation can be a deadly tool but if not handled properly, can cause big problems and in the case of PSG, if they don't act right, they can well on be beaten by Nice.

I really pity Nice. PSG just lost to Arsenal, and a game where they didn't play as well as they should, which means the manager will be very mad, because Luis Enrique isn't a "nice" type of manager, he does get mad, and yells, and that's how he manages his teams, and I also think that he is going to make them train a lot harder and be ready for the Nice game.

So whenever a big club like PSG loses, they end up playing much harder next game up to make the fans think everything is okay. So if by some chance PSG beats Nice 7-0 or something, then nobody will really think about the Arsenal game, after all PSG will go out of the group stages, they will win most of the other games so what they need to loo kat would be just league and UCL group stage ending. A win like this would make them feel much better about it and not have any worries. This is why I am going to figure out a way to bet for a lot of games this game, I think 3.5 over seems good for me, I will do that.

Yes that's right PSG are one of the best and strongest teams in Ligue 1 but they have to get out of here now. Because the best and strongest clubs from all over the country participate in the UEFA Champions League, the competition is high. PSG club must develop the mindset of strong performance against strong teams. Just as PSG excelled in Ligue 1, they will need to continue their impressive performances in the Champions League if they want to do well in the league.

In the match between Arsenal and PSG, PSG were ahead in all aspects but they could not do what they needed to do i.e. they could not score any winning goal in this match. After a good start by winning the first match of the Champions League, PSG suddenly stumbled in the second match which resulted in their defeat in the second match.

We were surely not expecting to see Marseille beating all the teams in the French league and losing the game against Strasbourg was not surprising for us. However, I didn't watch the game but when I was checking the game stats for the match between Strasbourg and Marseille I saw Marseille had much better chances and many more goal opportunities in this game which made me think Marseille could even beat Strasbourg.
Regardless of their match against Strasbourg, I think Marseille still has a good chance to race with teams like PSG on the top side of the table.
Strasbourg are a strong team when playing at home so I am not really surprised by their win over Marseille.
Overall Marseille played better in this match but they were unable to score because Strasbourg played more effectively.
Regardless of this result Marseille are a strong team in Ligue one this season and they still have a big chance to compete at the top of the standings this season, this is their first defeat this season so we can't overestimate it either.
Every team that plays at home must be more confident with being watched by many of their supporters and that happened to Strasbourg even though they knew that their opponent was quite tough for them but they did not lose their spirit and tried hard not to lose points and in the end they were smart enough to take advantage of the situation and scored the only goal in the match until the opposing club could not equalize and that was the first defeat for Marseille this season.
However, Marseille can still compete tightly to occupy the top ranking but it seems not for the first champion because I think Marseille can compete tightly to become the runner-up champion I don't think other clubs will beat PSG in the hunt for the League 1 title.

The coach must be able to create that, not only being able to create a good game but also being able to create something good outside the technical game, one of which is mentality. Currently they are handled by a good coach, hopefully that can improve morale so that they can achieve more not only in the domestic league.

Yes a win is a win but sometimes the performance of a team that got them the win matters because sometimes that could indicate if they were just lucky or deserving nevertheless they are awarded the complete point even if they were lucky or not but for the purpose of improving it becomes important they take more of the performance that got them the win because against some other teams they my not win with same performance, and yes not all the times favourites gets to win, sometimes they do loose games.
I have no doubt about that, in fact that victory has oxygenated things well for the team because they lost against Arsenal, and now they lost 2-0 is quite a lot, for a team like PSG it is an open score and leaves much to be desired, of course we are used to seeing PSG with a bad reputation where they win and win, but seeing it from the better point of view they have to improve I think they need big-time players, famous players who are good, in this case they really need an Osimhen, players who make the difference and who have a hunger for victory.

Actually, they have had good players in the squad, even those who are labeled as stars, but they still can't get the success they always want even though they are strengthened by star players. The problem is not only with the players in my opinion, but also with the mentality. They may have a very good mentality when they are in the domestic league, but that is not enough if they are in the Champions League. The coach must be able to create that, not only being able to create a good game but also being able to create something good outside the technical game, one of which is mentality. Leaving Dembele out of squad is going to have positive and negative sides for PSG.

The positive side: Maybe Dembele would learn not to act in an undisciplined way and be more obedient with his manager's calls.

The negative side: He was still contributing in a really good way. He got like 4 goals and 4 assists in 7 games. This would be a really important loss for PSG in the attacking line.  Sad

But this will be a lesson for both parties because after all, both PSG and Dembele must have introspected themselves in this case because as you said, PSG will indeed be a little difficult in the absence of Dembele even though there is still Doue who has a speed not much different but Dembele's role is still quite vital because of better experience so this is indeed a good lesson for Enrique but the decision to cross out Dembele is quite right even though he lost to Arsenal but when a player lacks discipline and is allowed in the end this will also have a bad impact on the club so why be defended and cross out even though it is full of risks it is a form of the right decision to show that PSG now does not look at players because no matter how good when not disciplined it is not really needed in the team.

To be fair while Strasbourg could be strong, Marseille is much more strong and this is why everyone assumed that they would win. I am not saying they were a bad team, they are good at home, and this resulted with a win obviously as we can see.

However, Marseille spent so  much money and did so well until this game so everyone assumed maybe there was a chance Marseille could win with ease, or even if they would have hard time, get a win barely. None happened, Strasbourg ended up getting the win which is shocking to me but I hope things get better with time and Marseille could close the gap once again, losing these unexpected games hurt their chances to be second. Nobody other then PSG will be first of course, I always think like that, even without Mbappe.

Some time ago, you would remember Mbappe was also left out of squad but it didn't take him a long time to be added in. The same thing might happen to Dembele as well.

There are some important games that coaches shouldn't joke with. I don't know the gravity of the offense Dembele committed but he is a key player that shouldn't have been dropped in such an important match. His suspension should have been moved to a game in the Ligue One not against an European power house like Arsenal. According to some newspapers, the French player have apologized to Luis Enrique and have been brought back to the team. Hopefully, both Dembele and Enrique have learned some lessons from the sanction and loss.

After three years we have won for the Strasbourg at home which is good because we have good start of the season for both sides with Marseille is doing impressive, and now they are having first defeat which bring them to the 3rd spot Strasbourg is also having 9 points from 6 games with one lost against Lens mean they are also going good, but quality difference is wide open as we have in French Ligue 1 for last few years between top teams and other teams which are having not strong enough in finances.

In this season we have top 3 teams on same level of quality and performance just because of this we are having good chance of fight for the title between them, but Marseille is still had good chance of comeback and do good next round is going to be interesting for top two teams as they are going to visit for strong challengers.

PSG's victory in the Champions League in my opinion is more towards luck on their side because if we look at the match, it looks like PSG players couldn't score 1 goal even though they had tried hard to score, but in football it takes smart tactics and Girona player were so tight in maintaining defense but who would have thought that their own players made mistakes and finally created an own goal that benefited PSG.
It doesn't matter even though it was in the last minutes but a club that has a lot of experience playing in the Champions League should have been able to teach Girona a lesson with an impressive victory but PSG actually looked difficult to win.
There is no doubt about that, now in yesterday's game against Arsenal a great Superiority was seen in everything , wow now the flaws that PSG have without a star like Mbappé are noticeable , what will be the next move for Luis Enrique? I see that Luis Enrique is doing everything he can in his hands, but his strategy Against a big team in the PL is far Above the level of a Ligue 1 I don't know what can influence PSG to change its look to the future, only that the sheikh has to look for Influential Players quickly , famous players , very good players who are there to stand up for PSG.

‘He doesn’t know how to defend’ – Samir Nasri critical of PSG player

Quote
Paris Saint-Germain endured a tough night at the Emirates Stadium as they succumbed to a 2-0 defeat in matchday two of the UEFA Champions League.

Blunt in attack, PSG were undone by two first-half goals with Gianluigi Donnarumma at fault – at least in part – for both goals, the first coming from the head of Kai Havertz and the second from a Bukayo Saka free-kick. However, whilst Italy international Donnarumma has come in for intense criticism for his display between the sticks, he isn’t the only PSG player to have their quality questioned.

Speaking on Canal Plus, former France and Arsenal midfielder Samir Nasri was critical of Nuno Mendes (22). The Portugal international has had a difficult year with injuries, however, he has featured more regularly since the start of the current campaign (five appearances in all competitions, two assists).

PSG still shows their small mentality so far in the Champions League and it can be seen from the two matches they have played, against Girona they were able to win but we can't deny that it is just luck after the stalemate until the 90th minute, yes although they continued to field their best squad in the match PSG had difficulty breaking into the Girona goal and an own goal from the Girona goalkeeper actually made PSG win the match,  the defeat to Arsenal further shows how their current performance and mentality, although actually PSG was able to dominate the match but we can see how bad their defense and attack line are which Arsenal are actually able to make good use of, what happened to PSG this season is still the same as what happened last season, so I think we will only be able to favorite them in Ligue 1 and the Champions League trophy  of course still will be a dream for them Grin.

Expecting that Marseille would be bale to beat all the teams in the French league is literally an unrealistic expectation which we know may not eventually happen as staying unbeaten to the point of beating every team in a league isn't easy neither is it something teams have been ab le to achieve easily in their various leagues, even if it has happened i doubt if the occurrence have been frequent enough as i have seen almost non since i began to follow up with club foot ball but i know team have stayed unbeaten to the toon of not loosing to any team but with several draws and some wins but its not been wins all through.

PSG's performance against Arsenal in the Champions League match today at least showed how weak their team is. If the team is considered by performing well in the local league then I would say that would be wrong. The teams that play in the local league are not as strong as the teams that participate in the Champions League. Usually the teams that are at the top of the points table in the various local leagues qualify for the Champions League. PSG didn't do well against Arsenal and their game looked like they need a number of players in their squad urgently. If they are satisfied with this performance then there is nothing to say but if they want to achieve anything good then quality players are a must.

Well, we can review last night's match from several factors between Arsenal versus Paris Saint-Germain. Before this match started, there were rumors that reported Dembele was crossed out due to internal disputes. French media reported that Dembele had a tense relationship with the coach, finally he was not included in the squad list for the team that traveled to London. Of course, Dembele's absence will have an impact on the attack power on the Paris Saint-Germain wing line, Desire Doue instead was unable to provide an impressive performance. Naturally, he is a 19-year-old player who is not yet mature in his game. However, based on ball possession and tactics, Paris Saint-Germain is much better than Arsenal. Understandably, Arteta applies a 4-4-2 pattern. PSG is like an unlucky team, two of their shots hit the goalpost. Besides, I don't know why Luis Enrique trusts Kang-in Lee more in the center forward position. even though they have other option players who are truly center forwards, theoretically, Kang-in Lee can be shifted to a winger instead of playing Desire Doue. or, Asensio can be dropped instead of sitting on the bench. because, he is included in the PSG squad list that traveled to London. besides, Arsenal is not a weak team and easy to beat. Arsenal was able to hold City to a draw, against PSG of course Mikel Arteta's team is very ready plus playing at home. well, the team that PSG is up against is not a weak team, even Arsenal is one of the elite teams in the Premier League. it is natural, if as a result PSG lost last night's match.

Seeing PSG lack of focus made me confident and motivated to bet on BTTS.
Although PSG often put pressure on Rennes defense. PSG seemed to lack focus even though they were playing at home, but breaking through Rennes goal required strong cooperation.
Rennes was able to put up a little resistance even though they failed several times, Rennes certainly had a few opportunities that could be utilized to score at least 1 goal.

Paris Saint-Germain football team won the match by a big margin and we saw them in good form. All players played very well in this match and B. Barcola was best player of this match because he did 2  goals in this match and he made the match one sided and K. Lee also assist him to do well and he also did goal in this match . From the opposite side, only one player could do one goal in this match and Kalimuendo was good performer of this match and he did his goal in last minutes when PSG team was close to win.  Rennes player did not well in this match and  because of this they lose the match. Match should be interesting but that was not high voltage match.

Take a look at my merits, It's lucky number
Before international break Monaco will fight against Rennes for away match and i think this is good opportunity for Monaco to collect 3 points because Rennes is not categorized as strong team besides that if we see based on head to head statistics Monaco only lost once from Rennes besides that Monaco condition also quite good because they can able to managed their performance and gets 4 winning streak in all competitions so i think Monaco can gets easy win from Rennes

Rennes isn't a weak team, before the 2023/2024 season, they were always at the top of Ligue 1, only recently they have had poor results. You can see again the bookies, the difference in odds between Rennes and AS Monaco is not too far for 1X2 betting. I personally don't like odds like this, even though it looks like real gambling, but I prefer a safer zone. Therefore, I'll not bet on this risky match.
