Yes, I also feel sorry for PSG because they are very ambitious to be able to perform well in the Champions League by spending a lot of money to recruit good players but this club cannot appear to beat strong candidates in the Champions League such as Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Arsenal. Lyon is once again starting the season terribly, and the financial trouble they are in is beyond recovery point, they basically put up every player on sale and they are having trouble building a squad that can do fine.
I mean surely they are losing money but they can't keep being this bad, they barely survived relegation last season, while they finished well and high up, they were at the bare bottom for first part of the season, they only recovered later on. They can't keep doing that every season, eventually they will drop and Lyon dropping is not a normal thing considering their past.
For younger generation here, Lyon was what PSG is right now, they won so many titles in a row and looked like the most dominant power and they were good in Europe as well. So becoming this from that is not an easy achievement and I hope to see Lyon do better, losing these games is troubled but Marseille is a great team so maybe we can give a break for this game alone.

PSG having a draw is certainly a shock and a quite good chunk of money lost for me but it's fine, I had some good games on UCL this week and La Liga was quite profitable so I ended up in profit all together this week, and one loss didn't really change much, I also lost on United too but that's fine, other games were all wins.
I think it's clear that we are going to end up with PSG getting good results again and again, but have some bad games like this along the way, they can't finish the season with 100% win rate, they have to lose points somewhere. I believe that draw was a disgrace level of display on how they played, it's not the score, of course they can draw, but it was how they played, they played terrible all game long.
From look of things PSG will not be left alone the season for the title race in time of points gap, this season the had played only five matches and the top three are have almost equal record that is played the same number of game, the same win, draw and also the same points but different goals scored, this what makes PSG to stayed at the top, PSG really have to work harder to gain more points and goals to be ahead of them, Marseille had their last match against Lyon and it was a away game and at the beginning they got red card which make them play 10 against 11 throughout the match and they still managed to rescued win, this should put more tension on PSG that they have gotten a good competitor for the title this time. Why not because Neymar, Messi, and Mbappe, but not Ramos?Because Mbappe is an attacking player, a super star player, while Ramos is a central defender and don't have too big connection with Messi and Neymar in PSG attacks. Yes, it was bad when they had the advantage in numbers even from the 5th minute but they got themselves into trouble and lost a game they should have won.
They tried to lock down Marseille's defense with possession and tried a lot of chances but their mistake was not seeing the quick counter-attacks which should have been anticipated as an attacking scheme and they didn't do that.
Lyon's disaster from last season still can't seem to be fixed until now even though last season towards the end of the season their performance had started to improve but at the beginning of this season they were like the same Lyon as the beginning of last season where they were too fragile in defense.
With this result, their situation is still not too good because 5 matches only 1 win and 1 draw received the rest they have to lose points.

Monaco and Marseille are basically good teams, but I can't believe these two teams can maintain consistent performance. In the most important and last game of the week, the action didn't stop for a minute. Lyon hosted Marseille at home. Although Balerdi left his team with 10 men in the 5th minute, Marseille put up a great fight. Marseille deserve credit for beating their opponents 3-2 away with 10 men. Towards the end of the first half, Lyon's Lacazette failed to capitalize on a penalty. Despite this, Lyon started the second half fast and took the lead. Even though they only played with 10 people, Marseille was able to win this match with a lot of struggle. Playing at the opponent's home with 10 people since the 5th minute is not easy, but they were able to show that they could win even with the limitations they had. Yesterday in the French Ligue 1, Olympic Marseille were able to come beat their hosts Lyon despite playing over 85 minutes of the game with 10 men. To me, I think that's a strong indication to show that the Olympic Marseille team is very determined to challenge reigning champions Paris Saint Germaine for the French league title this season. With that result, Marseille are now on the same number of points with the league leaders who are only better with goal difference. It's been long we experienced a strong competition in the French league and I think most football fans will like to see it happen again. This season promises to be an interesting season in the French league already for fans of the league.
Marseille does have a chance to be a title contender, although PSG is still considered tough enough to beat in the competition. The presence of De Zerbi as manager has raised fan expectations, and so far Marseille does seem to have developed better than last season. Of course we hope that the competition for the trophy in Ligue 1 can be more competitive, so that it will be more interesting for us to follow.
