In my opinion, there is no future for Dogecoin. It's just a funny coin and I would not invest in it!
The huge supply and small price is a huge plus. People sometimes say they won't buy Bitcoin because it is too expensive. They look at the individual price of the coin to determine its value instead of the total supply. Even if this doesn't make sense it still does to noobies. Doge coin will reach $10 someday I believe. Its non-capped supply allows it to move higher on Cryptocurrency Market Cap too. I just bought 111,000 Dogecoins. I wanted to get a coin that wasn't up at the moment.
Dogecoin also has the Dog meme appeal. A lot of you people like the techy side of coins, but everyday folk will like the dog meme.
Cryto Currency is cool, but a lot of it is hype. The fact that garbage coins like BCH has made it so high is proof of that. A lot of people don't know what they are buying.
Take random newb. Will he buy a coin priced at $200 with a weird logo on it or will he buy Doge coin for less than pennies.
Ride the pump folks. It will pump to $10 perhaps. Maybe even higher.

I think dogecoin is a good coin with its own community, but if you invest, don't do it with the intentions of making profit since it will never reach $0.5 any time soon, whether you hold for long or short term. I will have to agree with you that there is too much supply, it would be wise if the developers decide to burn a few billions. Probably, the value might begin increasing, its been around for quite some time, a lot of altcoins launched this year are worth more than it.
it's just a speculative coin. Through it, it is convenient to file a fiat on the stock exchange, since the transaction speed is high and low commission. But now there are Waves, which also go fast and low commission. So Doge does not have a future, like a serious project
Dogecoin future is very bright. many exchange pair trade in dogecoin. this coin price very low in satoshi . next year Dogecoin give very big profit and this rise 10X to 50X. so this is very profitable in crypto investment.
i use it becouse it has cheap transaction fee with btc its realy very hard as if you havent big amunt most of btc comes as a fee ,Dog is very comfortable can suggest others use it.

Including bitcoin? Do you really know what you are saying? Bitcoin is the most popular crypto of all and I doubt it that traders and investors will just simply abandon it. But let's say that others will abandon bitcoin, others will catch that thing. Bitcoin will increase if others are starting to abandon it, they will see some good points for bitcoin as a good time to buy by that time. This got acceptance into the gambling websites, even then it didn't gained good market. Now too the market it has acquired is small. Still, by the upcoming year good increase can be expected.
This coin had a great potential to be good because it gained popularity in gambling and altcoin industry. But now I don't expect to see it's price rised because many people owns a lot of dogecoin and if we will see rise like it was on bitcoin's situation or just imagine 5x rise, it's not logical for me to happen. If this coin will rise ever, it will happen very, very slowly.I do not think it grows too much because it has already done it, and if it grew more then dogecoin would eat litecoin, which has never happened.
But I do see it possible that can reach 2 or 3 cents this year, although also can fall and stay in the half cent all year. It also depends a lot on how bitcoin evolves.
What I am sure of is that will never die and in the long term will continue to grow, due to the support of his community, which has proved to be strong and faithful even in the worst moments that everyone claimed that dogecoin would end up being worth zero.

I don't think it's particularly technologically advanced coin ,but to make it possible
Doge wasn't created as bitcoin or ether, is more like a funny coin to be used for fun pourpuse, that's why there's no limit mining them as well.
The devs left already DOGECOIN but luckily it is still alive and kicking because there are too many traders sees it's advantage of exchanging bitcoin to DOGE when sending to some exchanges because it has faster and lower fees than bitcoin. And when it was sent successfully then that will be the time to exchange it for bitcoin with lesser fees and it's quicker than the usual way of sending bitcoin.
That's the only good thing with Dogecoin even though there are too many people that are dumping it everyday but it has some use. Every trader are treating Dogecoin as something that is good for exchange and temporary solution for the problems that are existing now with the bitcoin network. Many will start to abandon doge when bitcoin's problem are already solved.

Well dogecoin is the coin of mass adoption I can say. With dogecoin you can bring easy new users into the crypto space. I would say that the future of dogecoin is really bright , cause I don't mind the inflation.

the future of dogecoin is very difficult to predict, because with a very long time now the price of dogecoin is still under the market. and ane hope it can rise in some time to come.
But I think it did a good job in recent deals that made it impossible for some people to buy USDT or think USDT was too expensive to buy Dogecoin to trade other currencies, reflecting the value of Dogecoin.
Doge was onced popular,but the expectations of people didnt meet because they realized that it just a copy of BTC with higher confirmation speed,thats why it is called now worthless.
