Out of thousands of users, less then a dozen have been banned. In almost all cases, they were warned. Often times more then once.

So that's how many, 11 at most? I'm having trouble believing that, unless he meant "per day" Grin

He might mean they have banned less then 12 but the community might have banned more with down vote system.

What would they want to ban people so much? I guess people are not hating on GAW as much as you would like them to. And If banned individuals really wants to fuck with GAW they can create multiple account and go back to trolling or whatever.

A couple of notes:

My understanding is that with Primes you will be able to choose between 40 GH/s SH256 or 1 MH/s Scrypt, but not both at the same time.

And VB shipping time frame has been confirmed:

https://hashtalk.org/topic/7519/welcome-to-hashlets-vault-breaker-b2/44

Quote
We will ship within the time frame that was outlined to you when you purchased :grinning:

Which would be:

Stay tuned for end of Q3, early Q4 when we ship the first batch

So i read the hasttalk link and sounds good i just need clarification on 1 thing does that mean the primes will have 1 MH and 40GH i just want to make sure i am getting a crystal clear answer thanks in advance. I am really suprised how the forum seems to be a bit better discussions without the attacks every other post

Yeah Josh has stated this here:
https://hashtalk.org/topic/7469/hashlet-prime-pricing-change-sha-and-batch-2

'But, I am happy to announce that SHA-256 on Primes is coming! By the end of next week, all Hashlet Primes will be able to mine 40GHs of SHA-256'

So primes are your best investment when they go to $25

Primes will also be your most cost effective way at present to cloud mine bitcoin at $0.625/GH/s. Owners of original $16 Hashlets will be able to mine SHA-256 at $0.40/GH/s. Glad I kept my Hashlets.

Yeah I was thinking of selling my Genesis to get Primes but I'm thinking maybe Genesis will get something in the future otherwise they will become obsolete + I like to spread the risk thats why i bought some of everything.

I think they made a statement that the VB2 customers would get hashlets.

Here is the announcement for VB Batch 2 customers: https://hashtalk.org/topic/7519/welcome-to-hashlets-vault-breaker-b2/3

Same options that were offered for VB Batch 1 and as promised.

That was my understanding based on Josh's post.  Primes will be $25/1Mh/40GH.  Anyone who paid more, will receive a credit.  He did not specify if this will be a BTC credit to the account, or store credit.

Not sure what coinbase has to do with it. Payouts are off chain, aren't they? If they use coinbase for the USD/BTC rate, they should have contingencies for this kind of situation.

I thought I read somewhere that payout code was refactored and would run in 10 minutes. Maybe that's not in production yet.

I was talking about the getting it from GAW to my wallet. That didn't work but is working now.

Ah, ok. I think they said they'd start using their own Bitcoin daemon for payouts, not sure when though

Hey guys, payouts will run soon. Remember, the time frame is between 7am and 12pm. Now that the process takes on average 10 minutes, this will be a substantial improvement over the past couple weeks.

That was 19 minutes ago. So expect something soon Smiley

Is it just me or is the payout time shifting? I thought it was noon UTC, not noon EST.

I just did a double-check on Hashtalk.  It is noon UTC that payouts are supposed to start (8AM EST).  Since they only take ~10-15 minutes to calculate now, then they are  definitely late. If this is going to be changed again, then it should be in a formal announcement.  Eric appears to just be wrong.

I wonder if GAW still has the same payout calculation problems and just decided to not display the work until it is completed. It would certainly explain their inability to adhere to their own schedule and their need for a large window.

Just thought i would drop by and give you guys my quick experience with GAW so far.

My initial investment is as follows:
100GH Genesis
5MH Multi
5MH Waffle
5MH Clever
75MH ZEN
10MH Prime

The ride so far has been a little bumpy as things seem to change really quick with announcements, though it's actually quite fun as you don't know whats coming next! (Maybe not for some people though)

So far so good I have received payments each day that have been on target with suggested payouts and been able to withdraw BTC most of the time without delay.

I would say the best part of being part of GAW is the community on hasktalk and that it's good to be able to make suggestions and get responses and actions from the CEO direct.
An example of this was I suggested a change should be made on the website to make things clearer and got a reply from the CEO who then got the change made.

Also recent announcement of Prime reduction in price has worked out well for me as I can get another 10 Primes or just keep the refund.

I'll update as things pan out.

I also just invested in LTC Gear as they are running a big discount at the moment, I think it ends today, see my sig for details.

I think they made a statement that the VB2 customers would get hashlets.

Okay and batch 1 will get physical miners or have the option to get hashlets instead?

They had that option about a month ago. But there was also an option to get regular hosted miners (not hashlets) temporarily, and still receive the shipped VB when it's released.

Okay thanks for the info Kiss

Do you guys think GAW will actually ship a physical vault breaker or will everybody get their hashrate delivered in form of hashlets?
