At least in this case their change of coach is paying off and Xabi can slowly lift Leverkusen's performance in a better direction and of course that is a good thing.
With their current condition they are slowly moving away and are in 12th position. Even though the positions in the Champions League and Europa League zones are still quite far away, at least they are free from the relegation zone now.
Actually when Xabi was here I had my doubts with him a bit but as time has gone on he has continued to prove that he is capable and I like his progress now.

Leverkusen is playing quite well and seems to be an improved team right now. The interesting thing is I did not see any crucial changes in the squad. So, I think we can say that this happened because of the change in authority. Right now they are quite far away from the relegation zone. And I think the way they are playing, they should be able to improve further and should become a team in the top 10 positions in no time.

Actually, I had doubts about Xabi being the coach. But now I am not doubting them or him. But there is a long way to go. And I think if we say they are going to perform well throughout the rest of the season, we will be speaking too early.
Not much has changed in terms of the players, but looking at the attack schemes and strategies that they carried out, they actually differed greatly in the Xabi era and the Seoane era.
Their next game is against Moinchengladbach. Even though this club is actually still not very good, when you look at the performance, of course Monchengladbach is something that should not be underestimated.
It would be great if Leverkusen can still pick up points in this game. Monchengladbach will obviously be the favorites in this match, especially since home games are always profitable for them in terms of odds, but for the current performance it seems that Leverkusen can still get 3 points.

Currently Leverkusen are in 12th place in the standings which is very bad and Leverkusen should be in a better position like last season which was in the top 4. But indeed sometimes there are times when a club is in a state of underperformance and that is also what Leverkusen is experiencing.
what happened to Leverkusen was a setback. this is not good for a club like Leverkusen to experience. but this season they look bad. I don't know what happened, but they didn't do much to show the quality like the previous season.
their front line is not productive enough. They have conceded more goals than they have scored. there is something wrong with their current team. and I think it's too late they realize if they want to fix this time. it looks like this season, they will be stuck in the mid-table. there wasn't much they could do.
Leverkusen showed a very bad start to the season, unfortunately they couldn't get up quickly so we can see their current position. There is hope when in the last 3 matches they can win, what they have to do now is play well and gain point by point and make their position in the standings even better. There is no competition that requires them to share their focus, so they should be able to focus on the Bundesliga first. At least they are not at the bottom of the table, and they can try to come back better next season.

Bayern Leverkusen were always somewhat of a top mid-tier team. But this season they were all over the place and a reason for that has to be their poor start to the season. Currently, they have only won five games and lost seven while three of the matches were drawn. This is unacceptable from a team like Leverkusen. I think the manager has to fix his tactics in order for them to get back on track otherwise maybe the management has to look for some other coach in my opinion.

In as much Dortmund sells their best players they are still trying their best to be in a good a position. Dortmund still have the chances of securing better position before the season ends. Sometimes having best players in a team does not guarantee a team will win a competition.
Top 4 will be enough for dortmund. Dortmund may need to use new strategy again. Some players will be leaving the club as soon as possible. Dortmund needs to get a new formation that will be suitable for the new players.
At least if dortmund tried to defend some of its best players and dortmund will still able to compete at the top of standings. Dortmund some times need to consider try to keep some good players for long term.
Dortmund was also very need experienced players too.
If Borussia Dortmund wants to stay in top four then surely they will not sell their any new exciting player because they are suffering and if in this condition they will sell any player surely this could be not good aspect for them with these things could be complicated for them and their performance can go down even right now situation needs change, and they need few good players for better results because if they are not able to have better results surely this could be big setback for them.

Hopefully after the start of this phase they will develop better way and have good winning strategy which give them positive results and time for fighting against top rank teams which have good quality and performance before break and higher rank as well.

I haven't seen any update on the Christopher Nkunku transfer for Chelsea these days. Is this deal going to be completed in the summer anyway?

Because Leipzig and Chelsea have reached an agreement as far as I know. But the transfer is still not official for this summer. I don't see it on Transfermarkt at least. I even started to think about whether they are still thinking of completing another move for the attacking line. But on the other hand Felix is going to be a temporary striker for them as it is only until this summer. They will still need another striker if they can't extend his loan contract. In that case I guess Nkunku transfer would be finalised.

Leipzig's sporting director has confirmed Nkunku's move to Chelsea in the news. But there hasn't been an official announcement yet. I don’t understand what they are waiting for, maybe they are settling the formalities or they don’t want to announce that the current player of one team will become a player of another team with which Leipzig has a chance to play in the Champions League. Most likely the second, apparently the official announcement will be made when either Leipzig or Chelsea leave the Champions League.
Nkunku's shift to Chelsea is a good change.  I hope his shift will bring a positive change to the his new team.
But surely these kind of announcement are time taking. We will get the official new - at least we should not trust anything till it is not official.
I'm sure of one thing, it won't be a positive change for Leipzig, Nkunku is currently the goalscorer of the Bundesliga, he scored 12 goals out of 30 Leipzig scored so far, and he definitely helped them to get to the top 3, I will for sure expect their performance to drop, and against Bayern Munich it will start to go down.

It will be great for Nkunku and Chelsea but it will be a bit of a pain for Leipzig. Regardless Nkunku is the focus for them at the moment especially looking at the last 3 matches they have run in the bundesliga Nkunku managed to score 2 goals there and losing this striker will be a blow I feel for Leipzig and they should immediately try to find other alternatives now to fill the void My kun.

Indeed, if Dortmund don't go into the business of selling players as much as they did last season they would certainly have a better place in the bundesliga standings. But sometimes we also don't know what are the benchmarks for carrying out this strategy for a club. Apart from that, Dortmund can always get good players and that is probably rarely owned by other clubs, which makes other clubs end up hunting their players in the transfer market. But with the current squad of players, Dortmund can still compete in the top 4, but it's just that their performance for this season is still dropping and hasn't returned consistently.
Yeah, it's true that Dortmund's been selling a lot of their top players but we gotta remember that's just part of the game. Dortmund has to make decisions that are best for them financially while others already have a bunch of money to throw away. But even with all the players sold, they always seem to find new talent and that's pretty impressive. I think as long as they keep doing what they are good at (transferring and playing), they'll be able to compete in the top 4. Don't forget they're still a strong team, they just need to get back to consistent performance
Financially best decision is not to sell those players, financially best decision is to keep them and win the title. They are doing what every loser does and sell their players because they are hopeless about the results they could get.

Bayern scared them so much that Dortmund prefers selling their players instead of fighting against them. In a team where Dortmund kept sancho and haaland and jude together they could have fought to win the title but they didn't trust it would happen so they just sold everyone. That's a big shame because they could have won it, but even they do not trust themselves to win it hence why they are never winning it, impossible if you don't even believe it yourself.

Bundesliga will kick off with an amazing game between leipzig and bayern munich, leipzig team was not able to beat bayern since 2018, they are doing great recently performance and results wise they had four consecutive wins and they didn't lose for a while, but bayern also are on top shape i don't think leipzig will be able to resist them but since it will be a home game they might manage a draw or even a difficult win.

I can't wait to see the Bundesliga start again,
Same here as it was a bit boring without it , already wathced some other Leagues but most interesting is the german league for me.
No doubt it's boring time without Bundesliga because this is one of the most exciting leagues in UEFA for having too many goals and real time entertainment for the fans around the world I am also missing even sometime feels it's very long time we have nothing in soccer as all leagues in progress and just Bundesliga is having more than two months break.

But, good thing now we have just four days left with first match is going to be very exciting here now I am also looking for the Leipzig win because this will make this league more exciting for this season gape could be also cut, and other teams could be also felt comfortable with this all specially Freiburg and Leipzig.

True, teams in Bundesliga are improving and not just in the league we've seen improvements in European leagues as well, but unfortunately they still behind Bayern Munich, which is not surprising because Bayern Munich are winning Champions Leagues and if they were at a really high level we could have seen them achieve something in a big tournament like CL but they improved but they still "weak" compared to big teams.
Bayern Munich is ahead because they have more experience and know better how to be a champion.  Bayern Munich is not just champion in Bundesliga but also a champion in the Champions league.  Their experience in winning is giving them edge to go far in every competition.

Dortmund has really played a great role to the world of football.  Dortmund is capable of building young players and sells to other teams.  This players  performs well when they are signed into a new team. Making money as a club is a big scheme as a club.
No doubt, Dortmund has contributed a lot in building up many football teams by giving out good starlets. But I dislike their operation on one side and that is Giving out players to another team without utilizing them first to achieve something for the club. This act is like producing a gun and then giving it to someone else to use against u. Dortmund's ability should help grow their team but it is only progressing other teams and it's wrong.
They are doing this all because they have business model on this way for many years as mostly they buy youngsters and then work on them and sell for higher prices which is doing good financially help their all system but sadly in this current season they are suffering due to having sell of Haaland and illness of their new signing Haller which is out of the game but hopefully now things could be better for them in coming weeks because this is important for them if they are not able to have better performance then surely they are going to suffer even they can stay out of the next seasons Champions League because right now competition is tough for them for staying at the top of the league table.

It's been "here we go"ed by fabrizio not long ago and he is expected to play his first match as chelsea player in the summer. Though, I just feel he would be another werner with a so-so performance, which he would score several goals in the first half of season, and starting to play bad in the second half when defenders from opposite side know how to deal with him. Situation could be worse for him if he choose to use number 9.

Alonso's approach for the team is very developing, and he takes 10 points from last five games which is also good with this performance now they are out of the relegation zone and now having three matches winning streak as well but after the break they are going to face the real challenge which will give how things will be for them in this half of the season because before break Mönchengladbach beats Dortmund by 4 - 2 which is big score, and they can play aggressive game against them as well but now this all give better view about Alonso and his management with most chances they could be able to stay into top half of the league table because their unit is good and have few quality players.

Agreed about this few things are too early because it all depends on their performance in ground and how new coach handle this is also important for better results we have to wait for the start of the league which is going to happen on Friday.

Yes, I also think like that, the Bundesliga is a league that takes a long break after the World Cup. Every time I see their match schedule, it seems as if I wonder why it took so long to start. And I don't really know if this has anything to do with players being treated post injury, but if so some clubs really do benefit. even though we know that Bayern is indeed the strongest club in the Bundesliga and has no rivals yet. but looking at the points, currently, the difference in points is actually not that far from second place, namely Freiburg.
until now there is still a big question in my mind about what exactly causes matches in the German league to start longer than other local leagues in Europe

after union berlin had surprised, now there is freiburg which is surprising too, they only have a difference of 4 points from bayern and have a great chance to shift bayern's position from the top of the standings

I can't wait to see the Bundesliga start again, I want to see how Daley Blind performs at Bayern
Yes, this Bundesliga break is not like most of the top leagues which have started and have even gone through several weeks. But in this Bundesliga we have to wait longer to see the league running again. No one knows for sure about that, maybe it was a lot of consideration for their Federation and decided to start the league almost a month after the other top leagues started.
There's a lot that I want to see here, especially whether this season will be a surprise with Bayern Munich getting the crown, or as usual Bayern Munich will become champions without a hitch.
In my opinion Bayern Munich was one of the finest  teams.  They have been performing well in other leagues.
They have great potential to do well in the Bundesliga. After the World Cup, we hope and wish Bundesliga to be in great shape!

The entire game of league football was incomplete without German Bundesliga, this league is seen as an interesting league because of their skillful and fast football display but the game between Bayern Munich and Leipzig will be an interesting one seeing both teams coming back to meet each other in the first game after international break after series of international friendly games being played by both teams with different clubs, considering the fact that the too teams are very aggressive in attack I will say that both teams will score in this match but Bayern will win if the try pay more attention to their defense and mildfield.

The opening match after the World Cup looks exciting Leipzig vs Bayern Munich. Perhaps this will be a tough test for Julian Nagelsmann , Manuel Neuer and Lucas Hernandez injured and confirmed to be absent until the end of this season.  In addition, Noussair Mazraoui is also experiencing heart disease from Covid. The opening game was quite tough because they didn't play with the best team. But they should have won to still give a four-point gap with Freiburg.
I expect an interesting game between Bayern Munich and Leipzig and hopefully Leipzig will win this match.
This would be making the whole race about the title and table exciting again from the start again.
My prediction is a 2 : 1 win for Leipzig.
In football anything can happen.  Bayern munich has won more games than Leipzig in Bundesliga , and has won more trophies. Bayern Munich still has a big chance of winning the match.  The probability of Leipzig winning against Bayern Munich is slim.

I can't wait to see the Bundesliga start again,

This weekend, let's take a look. The opening match after the World Cup looks exciting Leipzig vs Bayern Munich. I tried to find various news sources regarding the injured Bayern players. but what has always been the talk of media news, Nagelsmann needs a new goalkeeper to replace Neuer and until now the Bayern management, did not get what the coach wanted. As for the injury suffered by Lucas Hernandez, Bayern have brought in a newcomer, namely Daley Blind in response to the position left by Lucas Hernandez.

Talking about the opening match of the Bundesliga in the second half of this season, Bayern will play an away game to the Red Bull Arena, home to RB Lepizig. if Bayern returns to its previous form in the second half of this season, I am quite optimistic that Bayern will win the game over Leipzig. although at this time, Bayern has several problems with injuries experienced by its players. if only to maintain their dominance over the Bundesliga, Bayern is still too strong for the teams below them.
