Hot news now, terzic has decided to step down as dortmund's coach. A few months ago, i've heard that if terzic has a conflict against clubs bosses. It's not surprising me to see terzic decides to leave from borrusia dortmund instead of stay for another season there.
Terzic has been helping dortmunt a lot when he was still dortmund's coach.

Terzic's position as a head coach is now empty. Im only thinking a few candidates to fulfill his positions at this moment.

1. Nuri Sahin
2. Roger Schmidt
3. Will still

Do you guys have more candidates to become the next coach for borrusia dortmund?

Borussia Dortmund have been lucky to have some of the greatest talents in world football in recent years but why they've failed to win major trophies with them is that they're always selling off their best players almost every season. In the just concluded season, we saw how Bayer Leverkusen were able to dominate the German Bundesliga a they never lost a game through out the duration of the entire season a feat that they became the first German club not to concede a defeat in the whole matches.
Now, they're a lot of speculations surrounding their best players. The report that these players are very likely to leave the club I don't think is a good news for Bayer Leverkusen unless they want to thread the path that's familiar among Borussia Dortmund faithfuls.  Bayer Leverkusen should make sure they don't sell ofc those important players that helped them win the league so that they'll be strong enough to compete for the German Bundesliga title come next season.
You can name two players who were brought up by Dortmund, Haaland now plays at City, and Bellingham plays at Real Madrid. And this is not just a coincidence, Dortmund is very good at finding young talented players and I have no doubt that after they reached the Champions League final there will be many teams willing to buy players.

If at the same time they manage to achieve such results, then it means they are purposefully working in this direction. The Bundesliga is not so important for Dortmund, it is more important for the players to show everything they can do in the Champions League, because a lot of attention from different teams is focused on this tournament and for the players it is a chance to get the best contract in new club.

Bayern Munich have to reshuffle their squad for next season because it's all whole big challenge for the club. They were trophyless previous season and the new coach, Vincent Kompany would do anything within his space to ensure he's bringing to Allianz Arena, major titles. Atleast they're coming for literally every major titles on their path, Bundesliga Giant are here to revived themselves back to the top level.
Vincent Kompany really has to prove himself next season because his task is very difficult, namely being able to make Bayern Munich remain a Bundesliga giant next season. Because last season Bayern Munich lost badly to Bayer Leverkusen in terms of winning the Bundesliga trophy and there is still a possibility that Bayern Munich's rivals will be stronger again next season because Xabi Alonso is still managing the team next season. So Vincent Kompany's task is clearly quite tough in this case because he trains a really big team in the Bundesliga.

It would be very disappointing if Leverkusen followed Dortmund transfer style, where they like to release their best players to competitors direct in the Bundesliga. I think it is very disappointing for the fans, Leverkusen would be better off releasing their players to clubs outside the Bundesliga. Bayern always has a way to weaken the competition, by recruiting mainstay players from other Bundesliga contestants, so that they can easily dominate the competition to become champions again next season.
Yes, it is indeed reported that Bayern Munich is interested in Jonathan Tah, and Tah is also interested in going to Bayern Munich if his career at Leverkusen ends. In fact, the two of them have also reached an agreement, although not yet official, for his move to Bayern Munich. I don't know for what reason. However, based on the press release, Leverkusen is actually in no rush to sell this player to Bayern Munich. Leverkusen of course wants high sales to get as much fee as possible because after all Leverkusen also has to get other great players who will definitely also be expensive.
Jonathan Tah have no interested anymore to playing with Leverkusen so that's why he want to find new club as his next destination for next season and indeed it says Jonathan Tah and Bayern Munich has reach an personal agreement and if Leverkusen is willing to sell him then possibly this transfer will be happened and actually the negotiation about this transfer is still on going between Leverkusen and Bayern Munich but the situation is not so simple as it because Leverkusen and Bayern Munich still can't reach an agreement on the transfer fee because Leverkusen only want to sell Jonathan Tah not less than 40 million but Bayern Munich didn't dare to pay the price desired by Leverkusen because Bayern Munich thought Jonathan Tah only worth 20 million and just like you said too Leverkusen don't rush to sell Jonathan Tah however besides Bayern Munich the rumour also Jonathan Tah was into Chelsea radar and because they lost Silva who leave this summer then Chelsea will be focusing to find new defender and Jonathan Tah name appears as the candidates and if the deal between Leverkusen and Bayern Munich does not happen so it is not impossible that Jonathan Tah will think about an offer to move to Chelsea

I no that Bayern Munich was very out of focus this season that made them lose the Bundesliga to Bayern Leverkusen but next season will not be like  that for them because they will actually want to reclaim there glory back because they are known for the best team on the Bundesliga so losing the trophy was a sad one for them on there reputation, so this are the measures you can easily no that Bayern Munich will come back with there main form next season

It seems like Leverkusen is quite likely to keep their best players in the team for another year. Xabi Alonso has made such an impact that they are more comfortable with convincing their players to stay. But like I said, it is for one year for now. After that players such as Wirtz would be looking for his options as there would be top teams keen on a deal.

In that situation maybe Xabi Alonso might also think of signing for a bigger team who knows.  Smiley  He is an idealist but at the same time he doesn't have a goal like working for so many years at Leverkusen. He has already achieved a lot with the team in his first year. We never know when he leaves.

Bayern always has a way to weaken the competition, by recruiting mainstay players from other Bundesliga contestants, so that they can easily dominate the competition to become champions again next season.

Xabi must be able to retain his players amidst interest from several elite European clubs, his plans for next season could be damaged if most of his key players leave in this summer transfer window. Playing in the Champions League demands better squad depth, and it is not an easy job to defend the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal trophies. Bayern, Dortmund, Stuttgart and Leipzig will be the closest competitors in the race for the trophy. Regardless of Kompany chances in his first season as Bayern new manager, in essence the competition next season will be even more competitive, Xabi must convince his players not to leave.

Bayern Leverkusen is just a club that came to limelight of the Bundesliga last season so it will be unwise for them to practice Borussia Dortmund's style of building and selling off their key players hence Xabi Alonso and the management of Bayern Leverkusen needs to be very careful not to discharge some of their key players if not they gonna suffer the consequences next season so they should utilize the opportunity they had last season and apply same strategy next season so that they will still continue in awesome performance.

However, if a player decides to leaves the team then they can let him go but it will be bad if any player that took part of the squad that won the bundesliga last season to think of leaving the club even if they have been attracted to other bigger clubs and this is one of the major reasons why some club suffers after they won the league competition in previous season so they should be careful not to make any mistakes.

Moreover, the champions league comprises of so many big teams that have been accustomed to the nature of the competition so Bayern Leverkusen should look up to the task ahead instead of trying to sell off any of their key players because the champions league is always very competitive since it involves teams from different leagues across Europe and it is always tensed and requires proper preparation otherwise they may just end within the group stages.

Bayern Munich always has a way to weaken its opponents who try to block Bayern Munich's path to dominating the league. Bayern Munich usually buys players from their own league, especially from their competitors, by submitting high offers to management, after which they add great players from other leagues to further strengthen them. In dominating the league, Bayern Munich's priority so far has only been to dominate the league by buying players from rivals and it's true that one of the Leverkusen players is being targeted by Bayern Munich and who wouldn't want to join the Bundesliga giant if the player was given a better offer promising.

It would be very disappointing if Leverkusen sold one of its mainstay players, especially if they sold it to their arch rival in the Bundesliga, of course this would affect Leverkusen's performance next season even though Bayern Munich is trying to weaken their opponents in this way, but for some reason sometimes the club only thinks about profits without thinking about the long term. like what Dortmund did, in fact they had difficulty competing with Bayern Munich because Bayern Munich always weakened Dortmund by buying their flagship players.

I also hope that Vincent Kompany can bring Bayern Munich to a convincing performance, because he is also risking his reputation as a coach. If he fails to bring Bayern Munich to a good performance with the luxurious squad he has, then it will make his reputation as a coach decline and maybe it will make it difficult for him to get a big team again. So he has to prove himself worthy of managing a big team, like Bayern Munich.

Vincent Kompany was considered a failure with his previous team in the Premier League, Burnley. Because he failed to bring Burnley to stay in the Premier League next season and had to be relegated, that's what made him talk a lot when Bayern Munich officially appointed him as the coach who will manage Bayern Munich next season.

He will have a better composition of players and even be considered luxurious at Bayern Munich, which should make it easier for him to be able to implement effective strategies that can make Bayern Munich's game improve after they experienced a decline this season.
Many parties have high hopes to see Bayern Munich even better next season, Kompany became the first young coach appointed as a coach by Bayern Munich so far, the management desire to see different nuances with different styles and schemes of play is certainly the reason Bayern Munich chose Kompany as their coach next season, kompany is expected to be able to do what Alonso did at Leverkusen this season, namely bringing Bayern Munich back to their glory next season, Bayern Munich performance  this season is certainly beyond the expectations expected by the management and fans, so inevitably of course the management will try to support Kompany next season with their financial strength.

The Bayern Munich board has of course evaluated and considered Kompany performance at Burnley before they appointed him as a coach, so I think what the board did at the moment is the right step to make Bayern Munich can triumph again and dominate the domestic league again, actually Kompany work at Burnley was quite good, especially last season, because he was able to get Burnley promoted to the Premier League, Although he is not able to maintain Burnley in the Premier League, but of course we cannot blame him 100% because indeed the Burnley squad this season is really not qualified to compete with other teams in the Premier League.

I'm still confused about Bayern Munich and choosing Kompany as coach.
Bayern Munich is a great team and they always had good performances in the Bundesliga but the management of Bayern Munich totally failed and they made wrong decisions over and over. Unlike the other times, Bayern Munich has been very much unstable recently and this can definitely damage the team.
I'm sure Kompany can't change anything and he can even make everything worse.

Bayern Munich's mistakes are obvious and those mistakes may be why their team performance is so poor right now. Bayern munich changes manager and it is very common for them but this manager change has a bad effect on their club's performance which Bayern munich may not realize till now. Kompany may take charge of Bayern Munich again but how well he will do for the team is still a big question. But Bayern Munich must have faith in this manager and must give this manager time to fully implement his strategy and internalize his tactics. When the players understand a manager's strategy well, it will be seen that each player is doing well in his position, thus the team performance will be better and the team will have a chance to do well in the big tournaments.
Changing manager can affect the team and cause them some level of imbalance which I doubt if the team will be able to recover from almost immediately except after awhile before they will be able to probably get to recover from such. Some team gets Lucky that they get to witness good improvement immediately after they change their coach buy rhen it's not so common as most times it happens that the teams do suffer a while before they will be able to recover and get their form to the point they will be able to again some form of stability.

If Bayern Munich gets lucky enough, rhey may probably get to experience improvement by the tine season have gone half way already but this is actually under probability because their coach isn't a row quality coach buy an average coach who's probably trying such a big job for the first time. I believe kompany will be at his best buy my expectations from him are very low and not such that will be considered really high because I know he's not experienced enough with jobs as this.

Some rumors say that there is already an individual agreement between Jonathan Tah and Bayern but now it all depends on Leverkusen whether or not they will voluntarily give Tah to their Bundesliga rivals because after all this is clearly a difficult condition I think considering Bayern is clearly a competitor and has a high probability of winning the trophy again and by letting Tah go to Bayern next season as a defensive reinforcement then indeed this will clearly be very dangerous for Leverkusen in the end.

Leverkusen still holds Tah's clause at 40 million which is of course still quite large if you look at the offer from Bayern which is only 20 million.

This is clearly a difficult condition but if I am faced with a case like this then I don't think I will do it because it is important for Leverkusen to also think about how they are going forward especially Tah is also still very useful in defense.

The first of many, Bayern already trying to break over Leverkusen by hiring one of their players, and they are hoping many more would be gone by the start of the season and be bought by other bigger clubs. I feel like it's quite important to realize that Bayern has made this to Dortmund back in the day as well, that is how they got good and not get any good competition.

We have seen Bayern buy players from Dortmund, and end up getting Dortmund a little worse, buying players means that you do give them money, so they can get others, but they usually can't replace the player. Like Writz for example, you can pay 150 million to Leverkusen for him, you think they can spend all of that 150? Or even if they do, find someone who will fit that perfectly? Of course not.

About Dortmund who quite often sold their key players to Bayern Munich, but Dortmund more often always managed to produce other great players. Moreover, Dortmund do not waste too much money and that is proof that Dortmund also have good management even though they always fail to get trophies. So, if Bayer Leverkusen did the way Dortmund did, then I think the result would probably be the same as Dortmund did, because they still have good management also because they still have a great manager. But about Bayern Munich, although at this moment Bayern Munich may have managed to recruit some great players but because Bayern Munich's manager is Vincent Kompany, then I personally will still doubt the quality and chance of Bayern Munich next season.

I don’t know why a lot of people have no hope on Kompany as the new coach of Bayern Munich. If he was a great player at Manchester City, he would be a great coach with Bayern Munich very soon. He has signed a long contract and I feel with time he’ll get to perfect his managing skills and be better than before. Expectations shouldn’t be that high for him from his first season, but I don’t think he won’t improve with them from the way he was at Burnley. I know he would have knows the big task that awaits him, so he won’t be that relaxed but will put extra effort to reach the demands of the club. In his first few matches he will showcase to us what he’s capable of doing in the next season.

I think it is mostly about the experimental character of that engagement. Whenever Bayern went for an experiment in the past, it usually didn't go very well. But of course this could go well, but don't forget that Kompany has nothing to show except for the promotion with Burnley into the Premier League.

Bayern is a world class highest league club. Now he is a coach who gathered some experience with Anderlecht and Burnley and the next step feels like it is too much. Nagelsmann has proven on a very respectable level that he is able to manage teams with stars. Nagelsmann was even younger, but especially the pressure in Leipzig was always high and he has proven that he understands how to handle it. It's not the same for Kompany. But I don't care actually. Give him a chance and they'll find out. Top coaches weren't available and those who were seem to be declining jobs for next season. It's only Zidane and Mourinho from the list of big names I guess.

Kompany, who this season officially became the coach of a big team, will certainly have a tough challenge to return to the performance of Bayern Munich next season, so far Bayern Munich is of course the first big team he has coached,
Bayern Munich will do better next season, there's more for this elite club to accomplish with their current squad, they can do better and make things work easier for them. Vincent Kompany is lucky I guessed, he has been nothing but a dedicated player and now currently the manager of Bayern Munich. Did the board made a good decision? Perhaps Vincent Kompany will portrayed his potentials next season with the Bavarians and have always been the very top trends in Germany.
For two seasons, Bayern Munich has struggled in the Bundesliga, and if not for Borussia Dortmund's failure to win their last match in the Bundesliga last season, Bayern Munich would have gone two seasons without winning the Bundesliga title. Bayern Munich needs to be patient with their coach to see if the coach can start winning matches in his second year with the club. If Vincent Kompany fails to win the Bundesliga title or the UEFA Champions League trophy, he will be sacked by Bayern Munich because he fails to win the club a major trophy.

There are no expectations too big for Kompany in the first season. Maybe he will have the same fate as Tuchel. Burnly's condition is indeed very different from Munich. Kompany has more interesting and powerful players. But of course he has bigger challenges and targets. So let's see, I think I'm not the only one who is pessimistic. Kompany doesn't have an interesting history with his achievements, but he was a good player at Man City.

Although the expectation for Kompany in the first season is the championship, they do not have very high expectations as a team. If they equalize Bayer Leverkusen and win the championship next year, Kompany will stay in Bayern Munich for a few more years. Sending Pep from the team was the biggest mistake for Bayern. He could still be in charge of them and we could be talking about Bayern instead of Manchester City.
