Hot news now, terzic has decided to step down as dortmund's coach. A few months ago, i've heard that if terzic has a conflict against clubs bosses. It's not surprising me to see terzic decides to leave from borrusia dortmund instead of stay for another season there.
Terzic has been helping dortmunt a lot when he was still dortmund's coach.

Terzic's position as a head coach is now empty. Im only thinking a few candidates to fulfill his positions at this moment.

You can name two players who were brought up by Dortmund, Haaland now plays at City, and Bellingham plays at Real Madrid. And this is not just a coincidence, Dortmund is very good at finding young talented players and I have no doubt that after they reached the Champions League final there will be many teams willing to buy players.

I no that Bayern Munich was very out of focus this season that made them lose the Bundesliga to Bayern Leverkusen but next season will not be like  that for them because they will actually want to reclaim there glory back because they are known for the best team on the Bundesliga so losing the trophy was a sad one for them on there reputation, so this are the measures you can easily no that Bayern Munich will come back with there main form next season

It seems like Leverkusen is quite likely to keep their best players in the team for another year. Xabi Alonso has made such an impact that they are more comfortable with convincing their players to stay. But like I said, it is for one year for now. After that players such as Wirtz would be looking for his options as there would be top teams keen on a deal.

In that situation maybe Xabi Alonso might also think of signing for a bigger team who knows.    He is an idealist but at the same time he doesn't have a goal like working for so many years at Leverkusen. He has already achieved a lot with the team in his first year. We never know when he leaves.

Bayern Leverkusen is just a club that came to limelight of the Bundesliga last season so it will be unwise for them to practice Borussia Dortmund's style of building and selling off their key players hence Xabi Alonso and the management of Bayern Leverkusen needs to be very careful not to discharge some of their key players if not they gonna suffer the consequences next season so they should utilize the opportunity they had last season and apply same strategy next season so that they will still continue in awesome performance.

However, if a player decides to leaves the team then they can let him go but it will be bad if any player that took part of the squad that won the bundesliga last season to think of leaving the club even if they have been attracted to other bigger clubs and this is one of the major reasons why some club suffers after they won the league competition in previous season so they should be careful not to make any mistakes.

Moreover, the champions league comprises of so many big teams that have been accustomed to the nature of the competition so Bayern Leverkusen should look up to the task ahead instead of trying to sell off any of their key players because the champions league is always very competitive since it involves teams from different leagues across Europe and it is always tensed and requires proper preparation otherwise they may just end within the group stages.

Bayern Munich have to reshuffle their squad for next season because it's all whole big challenge for the club. Atleast they're coming for literally every major titles on their path, Bundesliga Giant are here to revived themselves back to the top level.

Bayern Munich always has a way to weaken its opponents who try to block Bayern Munich's path to dominating the league. Bayern Munich usually buys players from their own league, especially from their competitors, by submitting high offers to management, after which they add great players from other leagues to further strengthen them. In dominating the league, Bayern Munich's priority so far has only been to dominate the league by buying players from rivals and it's true that one of the Leverkusen players is being targeted by Bayern Munich and who wouldn't want to join the Bundesliga giant if the player was given a better offer promising.

The report that these players are very likely to leave the club I don't think is a good news for Bayer Leverkusen unless they want to thread the path that's familiar among Borussia Dortmund faithfuls.  Bayer Leverkusen should make sure they don't sell ofc those important players that helped them win the league so that they'll be strong enough to compete for the German Bundesliga title come next season.

I'm still confused about Bayern Munich and choosing Kompany as coach.
Bayern Munich is a great team and they always had good performances in the Bundesliga but the management of Bayern Munich totally failed and they made wrong decisions over and over. Unlike the other times, Bayern Munich has been very much unstable recently and this can definitely damage the team.
I'm sure Kompany can't change anything and he can even make everything worse.

Changing manager can affect the team and cause them some level of imbalance which I doubt if the team will be able to recover from almost immediately except after awhile before they will be able to probably get to recover from such. Some team gets Lucky that they get to witness good improvement immediately after they change their coach buy rhen it's not so common as most times it happens that the teams do suffer a while before they will be able to recover and get their form to the point they will be able to again some form of stability.

If Bayern Munich gets lucky enough, rhey may probably get to experience improvement by the tine season have gone half way already but this is actually under probability because their coach isn't a row quality coach buy an average coach who's probably trying such a big job for the first time. I believe kompany will be at his best buy my expectations from him are very low and not such that will be considered really high because I know he's not experienced enough with jobs as this.

Some rumors say that there is already an individual agreement between Jonathan Tah and Bayern but now it all depends on Leverkusen whether or not they will voluntarily give Tah to their Bundesliga rivals because after all this is clearly a difficult condition I think considering Bayern is clearly a competitor and has a high probability of winning the trophy again and by letting Tah go to Bayern next season as a defensive reinforcement then indeed this will clearly be very dangerous for Leverkusen in the end.

Leverkusen still holds Tah's clause at 40 million which is of course still quite large if you look at the offer from Bayern which is only 20 million.

This is clearly a difficult condition but if I am faced with a case like this then I don't think I will do it because it is important for Leverkusen to also think about how they are going forward especially Tah is also still very useful in defense.

Bayern, Dortmund, Stuttgart and Leipzig will be the closest competitors in the race for the trophy. Regardless of Kompany chances in his first season as Bayern new manager, in essence the competition next season will be even more competitive, Xabi must convince his players not to leave.

About Dortmund who quite often sold their key players to Bayern Munich, but Dortmund more often always managed to produce other great players. Moreover, Dortmund do not waste too much money and that is proof that Dortmund also have good management even though they always fail to get trophies. So, if Bayer Leverkusen did the way Dortmund did, then I think the result would probably be the same as Dortmund did, because they still have good management also because they still have a great manager. But about Bayern Munich, although at this moment Bayern Munich may have managed to recruit some great players but because Bayern Munich's manager is Vincent Kompany, then I personally will still doubt the quality and chance of Bayern Munich next season.

I think it is mostly about the experimental character of that engagement. Whenever Bayern went for an experiment in the past, it usually didn't go very well. But of course this could go well, but don't forget that Kompany has nothing to show except for the promotion with Burnley into the Premier League.

Bayern is a world class highest league club. Now he is a coach who gathered some experience with Anderlecht and Burnley and the next step feels like it is too much. Nagelsmann has proven on a very respectable level that he is able to manage teams with stars. Nagelsmann was even younger, but especially the pressure in Leipzig was always high and he has proven that he understands how to handle it. It's not the same for Kompany. But I don't care actually. Give him a chance and they'll find out. Top coaches weren't available and those who were seem to be declining jobs for next season. It's only Zidane and Mourinho from the list of big names I guess.

Bayern Munich needs to be patient with their coach to see if the coach can start winning matches in his second year with the club. I don’t know why a lot of people have no hope on Kompany as the new coach of Bayern Munich. If he was a great player at Manchester City, he would be a great coach with Bayern Munich very soon. He has signed a long contract and I feel with time he’ll get to perfect his managing skills and be better than before. Expectations shouldn’t be that high for him from his first season, but I don’t think he won’t improve with them from the way he was at Burnley. I know he would have knows the big task that awaits him, so he won’t be that relaxed but will put extra effort to reach the demands of the club. In his first few matches he will showcase to us what he’s capable of doing in the next season.

Although the expectation for Kompany in the first season is the championship, they do not have very high expectations as a team. If they equalize Bayer Leverkusen and win the championship next year, Kompany will stay in Bayern Munich for a few more years. Sending Pep from the team was the biggest mistake for Bayern. He could still be in charge of them and we could be talking about Bayern instead of Manchester City.
