Benjamin Šeško's performance is truly impressive, especially as he has contributed 18 goals in all competitions this season with Leipzig. Not only that, his role is quite important for Leipzig's attack line and there were rumors linking him with several elite European teams. I think the right steps have been taken by Leipzig to keep him and he will soon sign a new contract agreement with Leipzig.

Of course, this also includes a contract extension and a significant salary increase and that is why he chose to stay at Leipzig. Benjamin Šeško is still very young at 21 years old so a talent like him will be very valuable for Leipzig in the future and his market value could increase with the quality he continues to improve every season.

Leipzig is one of the rich teams of the Bundesliga. I don't know whether they are as rich as Bayern Munich but it is still enough to sign really talented players.  Smiley  However I must admit that I wasn't expecting Sesko to stay. After having quite productive seasons two times in a row, I thought there would be some big teams after him this summer.

Leipzig are regularly qualifying for the Champions League so this must also have some effect. Another thing might be that Sesko wants to be at a team to play regularly. Besides Leipzig must also be satisfying his demands in salary as you mentioned.  Smiley

Yes that's right. If explored further, Bayern Munich's problems began when Julian Nagelsmann was fired from the Bayern Munich coaching chair and this was truly surprising. because previously there was no news that said he had problems at Bayern Munich. Even though Nagelsmann is a great young coach with creative tactics in every match, even his dismissal when Bayern Munich was playing well.

So it's not surprising that when Tuchel coached Bayern Munich it wasn't optimal because it seemed too forced, making it difficult to get chemistry with the players. Which ultimately made Bayern Munich end the season without a trophy and led to Tuchel's dismissal. With the presence of a new coach, Kompany, I hope Bayern Munich learns from these mistakes by not interfering with the coach's decisions and giving Kompany time to build a strong squad for Bayern Munich. Next season the Bundesliga will be very competitive because Xavi Alanso finally stays at Leverkusen. Of course Leverkusen will remain the strong team they have been this season.
Every team has its glory days and like Bayern Munich is currently in decline because of the mistakes it made in the past, and what you said is true that the first mistake made by Bayern Munich management was when they fired Nagelsmann.

A tough task awaits Kompany because the Bundesliga is currently very competitive with the rise of several teams, especially Leverkusen, which is making it increasingly difficult for Bayern Muncih to dominate the Bundesliga like it did in the past.
To be honest, I have a little doubt about Kompany because he doesn't have experience, especially now that Bayern is in a slump, of course it will be a little difficult to get this team back up.

In the last few years, a big problem for Bayern Munich has been they have not given their coaches enough time to actually work with the squad. Someone who does not follow football very closely understands that for a coach it takes quite a bit of time to actually bring in good results with a club. Some of the great coaches we know had to wait quite some time for the initial success. In this day and age, it seems like no club is actually willing to wait and see what happens in the long term. They want good results as soon as they appoint a new coach. And that has been a problem with Bayern Munich. Of course, there is no problem in wanting good results. But when you keep changing the coach, the players are also not going to get used to one tactic. Because every new coach is going to have different tactics.
In recent years, the actions of the Bayern leadership have been incomprehensible, such as the dismissal of Negelsman. It still remains a mystery to me why this was done. Although it is possible that conflicts arise during the work that do not allow further work, as for example, Tuchel’s conflict with the players became a big problem for Bayern and I think influenced the team’s result in the Bundesliga. A coach needs time, but it also all depends on the team, for example Kompany will need less time than a new coach at Manchester United, because the state of the teams is different.

Kompany is not an experienced coach. Then the Bayern Munich management gave Kompany the responsibility of a club as big and renowned as Munich. Hopefully Kompany will do his best to make this team stronger next season. And once again the Bundesliga and Champions League will be dominated by the Bayern Munich team.

Vincent Kompany 'targets Liverpool defender' as part of Bayern Munich's summer rebuild

kompany is now trying to strengthen Munich's defense. Last season we saw erratic performances from Munich's defenders. Munich's attack and midfield are very strong. There is no doubt that Munich's attacking performance will be stronger if the match strategy is better. But strengthening Munich's defense is crucial. And Kompany is moving towards this goal.

KOmpany interested in adding Liverpool defender Joe Gomez to the squad. 27-year-old Joe Gomez is talented as well as experienced enough. I think he will be able to strengthen the defense of Munich.
Bayern Munich's management of course has a clear vision to build the Bayern Munich team especially after last season they were unable to defend the Bundesliga title. Of course for next season Bayern Munich's management will make the team much stronger and recruit Vincent Kompany as their new coach of course. There is a strong reason for Bayern management to do this despite Vincent Kompany's experience and also the bad statistics in his previous team, but I believe there is one side that makes Bayern management interested in recruiting Vincent Kompany as the team's new coach next season.

Vincent Kompany must be fully supported in recruiting players, I think all coaches have different characteristics and the same goes for selecting the players that each coach wants.

Benjamin Šeško's name is currently widely linked with several elite Pimier League clubs, Arsenal, Chelsea and United reportedly want this young striker. in particular, after Arsenal and Chelsea's main targets failed, they brought them to their headquarters. Benjamin Šeško's name is the main option, but it seems that this young striker prefers to stay with his team rather than compete in the Premier League. I don't know what made his decision to stay with Leipzig, whether it was because of the offer of better terms. Plus, he still has a fairly long career at just 21 years old. This decision could be a good step for him to strengthen the maturity of his game, skills and abilities before leaving Leipzig next season. perhaps after he is ready to move to another league, especially the more competitive Premier. apparently, Benjamin Šeško is preparing it. good effort and steps with no rush to make decisions, after all he is still very young. Apart from what you said, if the performance continues to improve, it is possible that the transfer value will be higher. But on the other hand, the opportunity to compete in the Premier League seems very wide open for him this summer. especially with Arsenal, but perhaps considering that at Arsenal there are several other strikers, Sesco prefers to stay at the Red Bull Arena. After all, RB Leipzig is also competing in the Champions League. with Leipzig, he can still show his skills, even and has the potential to develop further. well, it's a shame, actually he suits Arsenal. but what can I say, Benjamin Šeško chose to stay.

Xabi Alonso will make effective planning for his club next season, he's particularly one of the strong pillars of the club and his presence have always matter for the club. Bayer Leverkusen has a wonderful form in previous season, we've watched how Bayer Leverkusen becomes an elite team and always focusing on top goals. When it comes to signing, Bayer Leverksuen will ensure they're grabbing hold on important players and also making improvements because the fierce competitive bundesliga title race wouldn't be considered easy.
The tight competition for the Bundesliga title next season will always be a very interesting thing for many people to see, even though all eyes will probably be on Bayer Leverkusen, who over the last season have caused a stir in the media and Bundesliga fans and other league fans have been amazed. Because Bayer Leverkusen was able to win the Bundesliga title without losing even once during the season (apart from the Europa League) and next season there is still the possibility for Bayer Leverkusen to dominate the Bundesliga again.
The way Leverkusen have finished this season has no choice but to discuss them. Thus, when another team suddenly goes out of the favorites and wins the title from undefeated, it is natural that there will be a lot of discussion about that team. They have performed well this season and secured the title but the journey ahead will not be easy for them as they will face tough opposition from Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich will be very serious from the start this season as last season they fell a bit behind this team early on and they could not recover from that later on. Bayern Munich will certainly not want to drop any points this season and will plan to finish with at least one point as well as full points in every match. That is why the next season will be difficult for Leverkusen.

A big german legend is back in the german football scene , Miroslav Klose and 1 FC Nürnberg have today announced that Klose is the new Coach in Nürnberg.
Even they are playing in second german league and have struggled a bit the last years thats for sure some great news.
And i guess Klose have enough experience that with some good young players can make something.
Maybe getting Nürnberg back into the first german league and become a good Coaching career too as he was as a player.

I think next season Xabi Alonso job will be even harder, if later he continues to lose his mainstay players like what happened to Jonathan tah at the moment, to compete next season, of course Leverkusen is required to be able to retain each of their main players in addition to having to add several players to be able to further strengthen their squad next season, next season Leverkusen is required to be able to maintain their performance, especially if there will be a revival that will occur in Bayern Munich and also Dortmund next season in the Bundesliga, besides that Leverkusen who will play in the UCL of course must prepare their squad very well to be able to compete with other best teams.
I think xabi alonso will make an overhaul too despite losing some of his players, xabi alonso will definitely find better replacement players to fill the main squad at Leverkusen, there is no way he will let this team's performance decline drastically next season, xabi alonso has already bet on himself to remaining at Leverkusen, they will play at a different level, even more difficult than the previous season, they will play in the UCL where they have to face many strong teams. Leverkusen's achievement of at least being able to reach the important round is enough.

Having a target of reaching the UCL final may be what Xabi Alonso and his team want to achieve, but they have to rebuild their strength even better than the previous season because they will move up a level. Of course they have to upgrade their strength in terms of the current main squad team, Xabi Alonso of course has to get players. New for the main squad so that they can perform better next season, apart from the UCL, of course in the domestic league, including the Bundesliga, they have to compete with Munich, which of course will be their toughest challenge next season.

In fact, Benjamin Sesko has just played one season with Leipzig, but Benjamin Sesko managed to quickly make a good adaptation. Thus, Benjamin Sesko also managed to make a big contribution to Leipzig during the 2023/2024 season. So yes, because Benjamin Sesko has just been at Leipzig for a season, then of course Benjamin Sesko also still has a long contract until 2028 at Leipzig. But indeed, even though Benjamin Sesko still has a long contract, it does not mean that Benjamin Sesko will be bound until his contract is over, because Benjamin Sesko still has a chance to leave if there is a more attractive offer from an elite team. But indeed, if Leipzig is willing to increase Benjamin Sesko salary then, of course, Benjamin Sesko will also accept at the same time to honor his contract with Leipzig.

Bayern Munich new headcoach, Vincent Kompany is tactical and will do everything to ensure he's hitting the top points with the Bavarians. Everyone expects successful season ahead for Bayern Munich, Vincent Kompany is young manager and knows how to trigger best enquiries for the club.
Reporting from several media, they stated that they made an agreement for the contract that center-back until 2029. Yes, he was a player from German, and it seems that when he was no longer at Bayer Leverkusen, he would remain in the Bundesliga club. And Bayern Munich is his choice.

... As for Xabi Alonso and Bayer Leverkusen, this is another season that they can strengthen their position as a Bundesliga elite team. Last season they had a fairly tale season. This new season will definitely be a break or make for them as to whether they fluked last season or now in the league of title contenders.
They are trying their best by seeking for several big talented players to be paid attention to.
Yes, on several occasions, indeed, it seems that Xabi to be eyeing some players to refresh and strengthen their squad, so they can be stronger and ready again in various matches next season, especially to remain able to defend the title and can also compete with the top clubs in UCL.

They even have a number of options for their target centers, such as Marin from Real Madrid and also Riccardo Calaforii from Bologna. However, this is not as smooth as they are waiting for, because especially marin.
Bayern Munich has reached a verbal agreement with Jonathan Tah and reportedly now Munich will soon realize the agreement with Leverkusen as the owner of Jonathan Tah, Jonathan Tah who has impressed this season with Leverkusen seems to be trying to be more realistic in his career, maybe he thinks that Leverkusen will not be able to compete next season so he prefers to leave for a team that has more prospects of becoming a be champion next season, Bayern Munich who are down this season certainly cannot be underestimated if they will try to rise next season, especially now that Kompany has been given the freedom by the management to strengthen his team so that they can again dominate the Bundesliga next season.

Harry Kane Has scored 37 goals in his first season in the Bundesliga. That is definitely an incredible performance from him.  but at the same time, him scoring so many goals and still not being able to win anything with Bayern Munich in  Bundesliga is probably unfair and also probably a little funny in some way.  he literally came to the Bundesliga and joined Bayern Munich Because he wanted to win a trophy.  and right on that season,  the team which was winning the Bundesliga Title for the last 11 years, Bayern  Munich,  has not been able to win the  Bundesliga title. That is definitely a little funny if you ask me. He is a great player no doubt about that. But this is a genuine question, will he actually be able to win a trophy in his career? All the weekend says to him is that “Good luck for the next season”
Dude, Harry Kane is just terrifying. Guys have more objectives than a firing squad. Indeed, though, Bayern does not have any titles this year; that is a kick in the balls. It is a dogfight, not the Bundesliga that everyone assumed. Leverkusen by Xabi Alonso; those men never give up, like a pack of wolves. Still, Kane has ice running through him. He still is the primary man; he hasn't washed up. Bayern has the money; they have the talent; they will recover. This ain't the end for Kane, not by a long shot
Kane was the top scorer this season in the Bundesliga but unfortunately he was unable to win any titles with Bayern Munich, same thing happened with Ronaldo who was the top scorer for the SPL but was unable to win the title.
I don't know why they are great players with great skills and managed to become goal machines for the team they defended but failed to win the title, it just that this is still early because Kane has enough opportunities in the future with Bayern Munich to fight for every title.
Next season with new coach might make Bayern Munich much stronger team and can really be at the top for every competition and fight for the title very well, at least they should be able to win the Bundesliga again.
But competition will return with the same conditions as the 2023/24 season which shows fierce competition and several team, such as Leverkusen, will definitely also perform optimally.

Next season, it is likely that Kane will return to being star for Bayern Munich and become top scorer like this season, hopefully they can improve their performance in more stable manner.

Xabi Alonso completed this year with great management. Leverkusen, on the other hand, has made amazing progress. After identifying the missing aspects of the team this summer and transferring the players accordingly, Bayer Leverkusen will be a team with potential next year as well. With Kompany, Bayern will try to stop them next year. I think next year will be better for Bayern.
Xabi Alonso has managed the team well so that indeed Leverkusen can perform as great as today, Xabi Alonso who did not have much experience at all as a coach and at the beginning of his arrival to Leverkusen of course caused a lot of controversy among Leverkusen fans was actually able to answer all the expectations imposed on him by the management this season, this season the majority of Xabi relied on academy players to compete in the Bundesliga and only Only a few new signings may be of concern to us that they did when they brought in Xhaka from Arsenal.

Next season will certainly be a very challenging season for xabi alonso, as he is required to be able to maintain better form and consistency than this season in both the Bundesliga and the Champions League, Leverkusen have managed to break the negative trend after 120 years and now they have transformed into an impressive club in Europe after what they have done this season,  Champions League next season will be Xabi Alonso first Champions League as a coach, so it will indeed be very motivating for him to be able to achieve more than they have achieved this season.

Yeah for sure,Kane is not to be blamed for what happened to Bayern,he tried his personal best, being the highest goal scorer in the Bundesliga, but Bayern failed to match Leverkusen's strength last season in terms of consistency. They weren't consistent at all, most times they will allow small teams to beat them, and that wasn't the case for Leverkusen, they were getting three points week in week out, untill people started getting their odds as sure odds, for those gambling, they made people win alot of money.Next season,it's going to even be more competitive because Leverkusen wants to end the era of Bayern Munich and want to dominate totally winning the league back to back, while Munich wants to get back their past glory,so it's going to be war between these two teams.
Bayern Munich's failure this season is not Harry Kane's fault because he has played his role at Bayern Munich very well and is the top scorer in the Bundesliga so he does not deserve to be blamed for everything, but because Bayern Munich's performance is not as consistent as Leverkusen, which makes Bayern Munich unable to compete. Next season, Bayern Munich must be more consistent than this season in order to regain their glory has decided that changing coaches will make Bayern Munich's appearance different, but we don't know whether it will be better or worse, but what is certain is that we as football fans want The competition is quite fierce in the title race.

Leverkusen this season is very different from the previous season. The players' confidence is increasingly high because they have broken their history in winning the Bundesliga title this season and they want to continue their good record in the next season and return to competing fiercely in the title race with Bayern Munich. Xabi Alonso will increasingly making Leverkusen appear strong and will soon recruit the players they need to support Leverkusen's performance in the Bundesliga and Champions League.

Bayern Munich staff made a huge communication mistake by announcing that Tuchel will be fired and before that they fired Nagelsmann and since they made these acts, other top coaches refused to take the team on charge. They asked Nagelsmann to return and he refused and for obvious reasons, Tuchel decided to not listen for them to continue training the team after they fired him. Leopard ate my face like they said, Bayern Munich fantastic staff decided to hire Kompany that I assume will not last long than the first six games if he fails to maintain Bayern Munich in the top position.
Changing managers is a normal thing in football. But if this manager change becomes excessive then the matter becomes different. Like Bayern Munich they can't be satisfied with their performance at the end of every season and that's why they appoint a new manager every season. English Premier League club Chelsea does the same thing. Chelsea perform poorly every season and at the end of the season they change managers and this season they have maintained that consistency.

All these activities but of course all other managers follow suit, they will refrain from taking charge of these teams before taking charge because they don't want to ruin their reputation by taking charge for just one season. Bayern Munich may have the problem of not being able to recruit a quality manager to their club.

In the last few years, a big problem for Bayern Munich has been they have not given their coaches enough time to actually work with the squad. Someone who does not follow football very closely understands that for a coach it takes quite a bit of time to actually bring in good results with a club. But when you keep changing the coach, the players are also not going to get used to one tactic. Because every new coach is going to have different tactics.

The situation for Bayern last year was an unusual one. Normally, Harry Kane would have won the championship there and went for it, but Bayern's bad year became Leverkusen's legendary year. That's why Harry Kane is unlucky because he did his best and scored many goals for Bayern. Despite this, the championship did not come, but in this case, of course, Kane is not to blame.
