Munich also approached several other coaches but the intentions shown by Munich were not too serious, until finally they got Vincent Kompany to be appointed as their coach, but from the decisions taken by Munich management they were very focused on young coaches who were able to bring a new aura to the scheme their game, moreover they were flattered by the young coach Xabi who made Munich decide to bring in Vincent Kompany,
and I think Vincent Kompany is also considered as the new coach at the moment, I think he will do his best to handle Munich to give Munich trophies.
Yes, that's why people shouldn't judge by his achievements, no one knows how Kompany will do his job next season with Munich, it's true that Xabi Alonso as a young coach certainly attracts a lot of interest from other teams to try young coaches, but in my opinion there is no problem with That said, I believe Kompany can complete his task because what I heard was that he was paid handsomely by Munich to become head coach, it is clear that he will not play around with his current position which has been given the trust of Munich.

I'm willing to bet that even though Kompany is still relatively young as a coach and he hasn't had many achievements, but with Munich, Munich is still the team that makes it the most difficult for all opponents, both in the domestic league and in the UCL, especially if Kompany adds new, more productive players perhaps. It would be even better to make this team stronger next season, because their competitors in the UCL are quite strong next season, namely Madrid after the arrival of Mbappe in their main squad. I'm sure Kompany will not waste this opportunity.

The fact that Alonso decided to stay at Bayera of course ultimately had a big impact on the mood in the team and made future goals clearer. It is clear that the team does not want to sell the players with whom they became champions, this is noticeable by the prices they set for the transfer of players. Of course, Alonso will try to repeat Bayer's success in the Bundesliga again, but I think that this time it will be more difficult for them to do it. I also want to believe that Kompany will be able to improve Bayern’s game, because it is not yet clear how well he can do his job.
Xabi Alonso's decision to stay at Leverkusen certainly made some big teams disappointed because indeed previously many wanted to recruit Alonso as a coach, but after being silent for a long time over all the speculation that existed, finally Alonso stated that he would stay at Leverkusen for at least one more season, currently Alonso of course has full confidence in his team to be able to compete again next season, Moreover, next season they will play in the Champions League and of course Alonso demands the management to retain all its main players and also bring in some new players, Alonso decision to stay at Leverkusen certainly also gives hope for their fans to look back at Leverkusen can repeat the glory of this season next season.

Leverkusen performance this season is of course inseparable from their consistency in playing, but we also can't deny that their success in winning the Bundesliga cannot be separated from the slump in the performance of Dortmund and Bayern Munich this season, the arrival of Kompany certainly provides an opportunity for Bayern Munich to rise next season but I think we also can't expect too much from Kompany who is still classified as a young coach and lacking experienced, but even so, of course the challenge to repeat success is not easy for Alonso, especially with the change of coach at Bayern Munich will certainly make the competition in the Bundesliga next season even more interesting.

So far 6 managers have refused to manage Bayern Munich, including: Xabi Alonso, Julian Nagelsmann, Ralph Rangnick, Oliver Glasner, Thomas Tuchel and Roger Schmidt. Don't know why these great managers don't want to manage Bayern Munich, one thing that's on my mind right now is that it might be because the club's expectations are too high for the manager and it's a very tough job. As I said before, we'll see how Vincent Kompany will take this Bavarian giant.
Munich management received rejection from two coaches, namely Xabi Alonso and Julian Nagelsmann,
because these two coaches have found a comfortable place to hone their brains as head coaches, and Julian Nagelsmann rejected Munich because he didn't want it to backfire by Munich management and Julian Nagelsmann was also very disappointed when he was treated unfairly with a sudden letter of termination of his contract.

Bayern's management think that a coach can work miracles, they don't look at long-term results, they don't think that a new coach needs a lot of time to get used to the players, analyze all the team's problems and then create an appropriate strategy to the team and carry out tests with friendly games and serious games, this all takes time, but Bayern's management does not like to wait and this could lead to the new coach being fired much sooner, because Bayern's management, due to their impatience, were hiring a new coach thinking he was the next Xabi, and in my opinion it was a serious mistake that they fired and treated Tuchel badly and now they have chosen a new coach, honestly I see that next season Bayern will probably not even be in second place, no will be able to achieve and will not pass the group stage of the European champions league with this new coach

Florian Wirtz seems like secured for Leverkusen for at least next season. Normally it wouldn't be much possible but Xabi Alonso effect changed everything for Leverkusen. They started to believe in themselves to achieve any title available.  Smiley  Therefore I also think Wirtz doesn't need to leave already now. He is only 21 years old as well so there is no need to rush while doing wonders with his team.
A lot of clubs are keeping a close eye on him since last season and this summer he there should couple of teams competing for his signature but he will be staying an extra year because of his commitment for Xabi Alonso and also winning the Bundesliga title changed it all. Of course one day most of these star players will leave Leverkusen but for now they all seem to be committed to play an extra more season for Alonso. Definitely if Alonso should leave next season Leverkusen will lose a lot of players as well and Wirtz would be top target for top clubs.

Quote
But in the summer of 2025, it seems like it will be very difficult to keep him. Real Madrid and Barcelona are already monitoring him according to rumours. As long as Leverkusen doesn't win the Champions League title I don't think he would stay.
Not just Barcelona and Real Madrid even top teams from England are keeping a close eyes on him and i believe Bayern Munich will also join the race as well. He is a German player and he may consider joining Bayern Munich over other European teams.

I see no reason for wirtz to leave from leverkusen at this moment. He can still play there under xabi alonso. There have been a rumor about real madrid to have an interest in recruiting him in the upcoming transfer seasons. Why desn't he wait for real madrid instead of join in the looser club? Leverkuen is also playing in the UCL next season.
He still needs to develop his performance in leverkusen. Im willing to see him to stay there for another season. It's been rumored that madrid will be keen to bring him and xabi alonso to the santiago bernabeu. I hope this gonna be real.
not sure whether Madrid really wants Wirtz next season because currently Madrid already has very complete and very quality players without needing another midfielder, but if the reason is to replace Kroos, it looks like Ancelotti won't worry because there are still lots of talented players Madrid has Brahim Diaz who is ready to replace Kroos.
even though Brahim Diaz does not have the same skills as Kroos, at least Diaz skills can make a big contribution to the team to continue to achieve prestigious achievements in the future.
what is certain is that this is all just our speculation and we all don't know what will happen in the future, but I would like to guess that Wirtz will not join Madrid.

and regarding Xabi, perhaps it is more likely that his arrival will be expected after these two seasons, Ancelotti will definitely decide to take a break and leave Madrid, while Xabi, after having a good experience with Leverkusen, has greater ambition to try a challenge with a bigger team and perhaps join Madrid a challenge that Xabi will accept.

Staying with Xabi Alonso increases Bayer Leverkusen's chances of retaining their title, especially if Xabi can get the same atmosphere as he got last season, getting the club's full trust to build a strong team because management intervention is often excessive which will create an atmosphere at the club it gets bad.
In my opinion, Xabi's task next season will be much tougher than last season's because there are two titles to defend and they will be playing in the Champions League, when there are bad results, sharp criticism will be directly addressed to him and that will increase the pressure on him as well as the Bayer players, no many clubs in the Bundesliga could win back-to-back titles if Bayer can do that which is very impressive, but I don't think they will return to their unbeaten record because that is something that is much more difficult for them to match.

It will be so good for him to know how good he is through playing in the UCL. Wirtz can leave only if he will win nothing next season.

Hmmm, I quite agree with your opinion, mate. Enthusiasm at the start of the season is necessary to build the foundation for the league's journey, logically this makes sense. If at the start of the season Bayern Munich meets St. Pauli or Holstein Kiel, that would be a one-sided advantage for Bayern Munich.

But first, as I said before, we just need to see how Vincent Kompany leads this club in the friendly match against Duren, then the 2 leg match against Tottenham Hotspur and the first round of the DFB Pokal in August.
There must be reasons behind the veteran manager's refusal to take over at Bayern Munich. Every season we see that if Bayern Munich don't do well, they change the manager at the end of every season because they give the full responsibility to the manager. For a manager to be given the job and dismissed on the basis of his performance in one season, it must be a matter of self-respect, and it is largely because of that self-respect that experienced managers have turned down Bayern Munich's offer.

Kompany is not a skilled or experienced manager, but Bayern Munich are forced to rely on him because they have no other offer. At least they can't manage a team without a manager.

In fact, the Bayern owner's expectations for his team are very excessive, with a composition of players that is very expensive and includes star players, it would be bad luck if in the end Bayern only ended up in 3rd place and the last match with Hoffeinheim was really heartbreaking, while Liverpool succeeded in becoming the team that managed to finish in top position and undefeated until the end, hopefully with the arrival of a new coach, Bayern's performance will be much better.

Nobody will criticized him because he knows how to make good smooth running communication with the players. Bayern Munich doesn't depend on how far Vincent Kompany can go, the players knows every corner to follow inother to boosts their performance and coming back to their peak. The Bavarians is one of the top European club in the world and they're regarded as Bundesliga giant. Vincent Kompany need enough time to bond with the players and we know how fierce and serious he can become when it comes to managerial roles and leadership. Kompany doesn't settle for lesser results but keen on accomplishing the best.
Maybe the matter of building relationships and performance with the players in the Bayern Munich squad will be Vincent Kompany's main focus in building a capable squad for him and I think that will not be easy on his debut as a coach. There are contradictions between players and coaches and this is what Vincent Kompanya must suppress so that his players can do what he has instructed.

I think everything will be difficult if there is no significant development in a match and usually we know that if there is a player who doesn't like the coach's decision then he prefers to express it with anger. Players have always had high expectations of their coaches and perhaps Vincent Kompany is considered unfit, but as a coach he must strengthen this relationship in order to create a harmonious dressing room.

They have full confidence in Kompany. Xabi did such things in his first season that now teams expect high things from every future coach. What Xabi did will remain a legend. They are the only teams in the history of the Bundesliga to finish the season undefeated. Although this may seem easy, it is a very difficult record. They finished the season ahead of Bayern and became champions. I'm sure Bayern is already making plans for next year.
As long as Xabi Alonso is still at Bayer Leverkusen, there will be many surprises presented by his players and the aim is to win again next season which will soon come. Bayer Leverkusen already knows a strategy that is very suitable for achieving victory easily. Some coaches still have contracts with their current clubs, and some coaches may not want to take the pressure of being the manager of one of the world's best clubs. Or because Munich management has a target of becoming Bundesliga champions again, which I don't think many coaches will want to take the risk of being called a bad coach?

There is a lot of pressure that comes to managers that are managing already successful teams when the team are in need of good result to remain at that top level. So it becomes very hard for them to scale through in the midst of this much pressures coming to them. When signing coaches like this for a big task like this one, they should be giving more time before they can finally access their result with the team. Just one trial is not enough to say a coach is bad and can’t manage a club.
It is a risk that must be faced because after all, when they reach an agreement with a big club where all the luxuries are owned, they must also be prepared for great pressure and demands as a form of consequence that they will receive from luxurious facilities and resources.

Therefore, becoming a coach at a big club in the end is not an easy thing because surely the pressure and demands are also very large, especially for them as a champion subscription.
Not a few coaches are destroyed because they are unable to accept that pressure. We take the example of several coaches such as Potter at Chelsea, Koeman at Barcelona and most recently Tuchel at Bayerm. By looking at this condition, a good mentality must be possessed because sometimes there are several coaches who are ultimately unable to realize the wishes they expect and ultimately end up failing in coaching.

The recruitment of Kompany as the coach of Bayern Munich certainly caused a lot of controversy this season, but of course we will see how later Kompany can do the job as the new manager of Bayern Munich, Kompany is a young coach and also does not have much experience in building a team, let alone a team as big as Munich later, but of course Kompany has an advantage with the Bayern Munich squad which is indeed filled with star players today so this may make it easier for him to train later, at this time, of course, Kompany only needs to build communication with Bayern Munich players so that it will be able to optimize the team performance and of course will make it easier for Kompany to achieve the best results.

To be honest, I am Personally quite curious about what will happen to Bayern Munich next season, because now they have abandoned the habit of recruit top coaches and instead choose young coaches to handle the squad this season, but there Is of course great hope to see Bayern Munich rise again under the care of Kompany next season, after what happened this season of course Bayern Munich needs tactics and strategies on the field that are more modern today so that with Kompany experience as a previous player, of course, may he give a different nuance to Bayern Munich game next season.

It is not wrong to give time to the new coach who came to Bayern Munich with the determination to turn Bayern Munich into a strong team again next season. However, Vincent Kompany himself must be really aware that the team he will coach is a team that is often watched by many people so that his own performance will also continue to be monitored by many people when coaching Bayern Munich. So he really has to think about this better before a lot of criticism is directed at him for failing to make Bayern Munich a brighter team next season.

Xabi Alonso has indeed proven that and since he became coach of Leverkusen quite a lot of progress has been seen so it is also possible that these positive things will continue to increase in the next season, but a team like Bayern Munich cannot be underestimated either, they are the rulers of the Bundesliga and during the season Then Leverkusen decided that it was dominant, so Bayern would do a lot to win it back.
Regarding the many doubts regarding Bayern's decision to recruit Vincent Kompany as their new coach, I don't think it should be an exaggeration because it is not impossible for Vincent Kompany to show the quality that Xabi Alonso showed with Leverkusen.

Bayern Munich new coach, Vincent Kompany might not reach the standard level of experience the supporters want but it might turn out to be shocking to see the new coach with flying brilliant result next season. We shouldn't underestimate any coach because he's mediocre, remember there's this word called "growth" and everyone have access to it. For instance, check the impressive stats Vincent Kompany did with Burnley and got them promoted to the English Premier League, all the way from championship, it's not an easy task but he managed to levelled them.

Indeed, Vincent Kompany does not meet the standards desired by Bayern Munich fans who want a better coach than before and the club has also appointed several experienced coaches but unfortunately the coach rejected Bayern Munich's offer so Bayern Munich was forced to appoint Vincent Kompany as the last option for coaching a club as big as Bayern Munich, even though his performance in the English Premier League with Burnley was not good enough, this cannot be a benchmark because the English League is different from the Bundesliga and the coach's ability to build a club filled with good quality players is certainly different at Burnley got not access to recruit quality players and in the end he failed to make Burnley stay in the Premier League.

We really shouldn't underestimate this coach because we don't yet know Bayern Munich's performance next season with Vincent Kompany coaching because Bayern Munich already has quality players and Vincent Kompany has more freedom in setting strategies because he has players with good potential and with a little direction and motivation he can to make Bayern Munich perform well next season, the most important thing is that solidarity and cohesiveness between coaches and players is an important factor in the club's performance.

Vincent Kompany is not a mistake, Bayern Munich will push better for brilliant results and they've become one of the top clubs to withstand pressure. Believe me when I say, Bayern Munich will fire for excellent results and they're the best in Germany. Bayern Munich have come to the standards of elevating their club so appointing Vincent Kompany was probably the right choice for the club it's all clear when they're desperate for winning.

But the fact that they signed Vincent Kompany after receiving refusals from many other coaches (if I’m not mistaken, we are talking about 9) raises certain suspicions. I'm not saying he's good/bad (I don't have an opinion on him yet) but he certainly wasn't their first priority when they were looking for a coach. It is all the more surprising that the contract with him is quite long-term, but apparently there are clauses (about results) that allow it to be terminated early.

The management's inability to trust the manager has led to questions about other coaches' ability to lead Bayern and this is also making some coaches were thinking for twice before try . Remember when Bayern Munich fired Naglesmann by phoning him on his personal phone? Bayern Munich has done the same by instructing Tuchel to leave the club before the end of the season. This makes some coaches were taking a lesson from what happened to the him.

It raises a lot of doubts about how capable Bayern Munich is here. There is no doubt that numerous coaches were rejecting offers from Bayern Munich. It is due to the club's inability to support a long-term project.

They wished to receive the results as quickly as possible. The coaches are asking a lot of questions. As you mentioned, Bayern has been rejected by multiple coaches.
