From this opinion I will focus more on the discussion of Dortmund which for me has no problem with the new coach.
Some of us may be a little doubtful of Nuri Sahin who is not very experienced but that cannot be a reason for us to doubt the coach.
We can see how Xabi successfully gave the title to Leverkusen and this could happen to Dortmund who will appear even stronger.
There is no doubt that we still believe in Bayern Munich and Leverkusen who currently still have quality players but we also have to be careful because Dortmund can be a club that is very difficult to beat because the arrival of a striker from Stuttgart gives Dortmund greater strength.
Dortmund success in recruiting Serhou Guirassy from Stuttgart can indeed increase their chances of competing for trophies, as can Dortmund three other recruits, Maximilian Beier, Waldemar Anton and Pascal Grob. Expectations for Dortmund for next season are actually not too high, but there is a possibility that Nuri Sahin squad can be involved in the racing path, not just Leverkusen and Bayern Munchen. That is the hope of neutral Bundesliga fans, they want to see the Bundesliga become more competitive, the fight for trophies involves more than two teams and becomes more fierce.
Personally, I predict Dortmund will be able to compete at the top of the standings, as they have done in the last decade with Bayern Munchen. The loss of Marco Reus and Mats Hummels may be felt temporarily, but Nuri Sahin certainly has a solution to overcome the departure of the two club legends. On the other hand, Nuri Sahin is lucky because he will not need too much time to adapt, because he is Edin Terzic assistant in the last season, of course he understands the club situation well. In contrast to Kompany, who had to work harder to reduce the time it took to adapt to the new team and atmosphere.
Doubting Nuri Sahin is definitely not the way right now. He was Terzic's assistant, he knew all the players and the way around the club. They lost players, sure, but they signed some good players too, like Guirassy.
I think Dortmund has a good season ahead of them if they play their cards right. Right now, all of the Bundesliga team is facing new challenges. Leverkusen will need to keep up with a lot of expectations, Bayern has a new manager, and all the other clubs have their challenges of their own.
Nuri Sahin is not new to the German top flight, nor he is new to Dortmund. They can have a good season in front of them, building up from the pretty decent pre-season.
