When it comes to repeating this success I'm not very hopeful for now. Yeah they can be like Lens in the Ligue 1. They also had a dream run in the Ligue 1 in the 2022/2023 season. But after, they couldn't get near that.

For the Bundesliga title next season, I am still quite confident that Bayer Leverkusen can secure it again and also smaller trophies in Germany. However, for the Champions League, I think there are still stronger candidates for Bayer Leverkusen to face because to win there you not only need strength, but you also need a very good mentality. I agree with you if Leverkusen did not win the Champions League next season, Florian Wirtz might leave the club at the end of the season because he is still at the age of 21, and he has a chance to win more trophies in his career. I fully agree with you on this considering the fact kompany is not having a lot of experience. I consider Kompany to be the club's last option. It has resulted in Bayern offering offers to various coaches, but these coaches have rejected them. probably due to the personaly reason.  The only question I have is why kompany? I could still accept that if it was Mourinho or someone else with experience leading a large club and won so many trophies but why it must be kompany. The way baeyrn officials think about th future of their clubs were really unpredictable at this moment.
 
Why kompany? I can't really fathom how Bayern Munich was thinking about this and what perspective took by the club on this. The officials are eager to bet on the young coach, similar to what happened with Leverkusen. This is an extremely bad decision from bayern munich to hired him as a new head coach. This is a fukin gamble by munich. People have not yet blamed kompany but he does receive a terrible result early in the season. Im sure fans will be booing club to sack him out

I believe Bayern Munich will boo him. Kompany is a coach for the minor club. He will not be there as Bayern Munich's head coach. Bayern is now undergoing significant changes.

As he gets better big clubs will want him on their team. He has a lot of potential and it is only matter of time before he is wanted by top European teams. Leverkusen should enjoy having him on their team while they can because when he leaves it will show how good he become and how well  club develops players. With Wirtz leading Bayer Leverkusen future looks great and they might even win Bundesliga title soon.

Bayern Munich can still do well under Kompany, we all know how well he isn't experienced enough for a team like Bayern Munich but then for every top coach just like Xabi now, there was a first time after which they became one of the best I. I'm not aware if so many coaches rejected the offer to coach the team but I am very sure that Bayern Munich contacted Xabi Alonso the current manager of Leverkusen he disagree since he's still in contract with Bayer Leverkusen but I think the choice of another young coach in the person of Kompany is not a bad idea, he's going to challenge and battle with Xabi to make sure Bayern Munich is returned to her original position in the league and to restore the good performance of the team.

That's not because of these coaches we can't blame coaches and especially we can't blame  Julian Nagelsmann for rejecting the offer from Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich is a great team and the players and coaches in this team always expect to see their teams being in the best form to win the title of Bundesliga while a coach fails to do that, they will consider that coach as a bad coach that's why they reject the offer because of the pressure they will have.
Bayern Munich had Nagelsmann in the team but they got him fired and hired Tuchel while Bayern Munich was still in the first place, that's why Nagelsmann rejected the offer to join this team once again.
