I was watching the live ticker a few times when i was in work today and just have seen when Heidenheim was leading with 2 scored goals.
First i thought that this maybe will be a win for Heidenheim against Leverkusen but when i have seen the end result damn Leverkusen scored 5 goals.

Seriously, I am not that surprised with Bayer Leverkusen's current form because they are still performing like the average team they used to be a few seasons ago—except last season, when they picked up great form and performed like a big team. I just feel last season was a mix of hard work and luck for Leverkusen. That may be the reason why almost all the top four teams in the Bundesliga competition were not in serious form. This is also why even Stuttgart was able to make it to the top four; in fact, they ended last season second on the Bundesliga table.

As for Leverkusen's match against Heidenheim, it has ended, and Leverkusen managed to equalize the two goals in time and later won the game 5–2. It was a really good comeback. A remarkable comeback was made in this match where after Leverkusen lost momentum in the first half due to individual mistakes especially in defence which put them 2 goals down but in the end they were able to create 5 goals in return which earned them 3 points for today's match.

At the start of the first half it seemed like Leverkusen lost their focus and it was evident that the 2 goals Heidenheim scored in this match came from the mistakes of the players who always had a miss of communication in the defence.

But the 5-goal reply was excellent and Shick scored the hat trick of the match. But even so I also appreciate what Frimpong did in this match even though he didn't score but the 5 goals scored by Leverkusen were inseparable from the player's contribution who always creates space when Leverkusen has chances.

The international break has made them more perfect because they have improved significantly in their current games, with Xabi Alonso's performance leading many to believe that Leverkusen can still contend with Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga crown. Before the break, Leverkusen's games were unbalanced, with draws and losses, leaving Munich with a gap in the league rankings. But their game today surprised me because when I saw they are losing by their opponent with two goals lead, I didn't believe they will do a comeback for the first half and draw the game in the first half, if Leverkusen can continue as they started this time, they should continue performing great, and I am sure they can reach Bayern Munich point, if Bayern Munich lose or draw games i the league table. What happened in the case of Leverkusen can actually happen to any club and another thing is was that luck was actually on their side because the way Leverkusen was serious last season it would not have been easy for them
If Dortmund and Bayern were in form and just look at this season that Bayern is more committed to the competition this season and that is one of the things that have lowered the expectations of Leverkusen because they know they will not be able to actually keep up.

And the people they thought they will be able to climb over got a new coach and things changed the only people struggling really hard now is not more than Dortmund, why people are surprised is because Leverkusen did not show any weakness last season so things seems to be a little different this season and it is not as if they are not putting enough effort is just not working out at least they played a good game game today and winning fc 5:0 is just one excellent game, and it looks as if they were seriously prepared for against fc even the shots on target are crazy so this shows that from the beginning it was not meant to be easy for FC.

Bayer Leverkusen are doing well, although I know that they are not doing great as last season, but still, we can’t say they are not in good form this season seriously. They are doing well. Yeah! Like you rightly said, the first match of the German Bundesliga game between reigning champions Bayer Leverkusen vs Heidenheim ended in a 2:2 scoreline but the home team came into the second like a wounded lion who was on course to tear their opponents apart. It could also be that last season it wasn't as if they played so well but were just lucky not to lose some games and the other clubs didn't play very well like they're doing this season. This season nobody is underrating anybody again. Last season some clubs didn't think that Leverkusen can keep up their performance up to the end of the season and this underrating factor help them to play and surprised everybody to win the league. Although the game was tied in the first half, Leverkusen has scored more 3 goals and the game is now going to end 5:3. P. Schick now has a hat trick and the game just ended with Heidenheim not being able to score more goals.

It's not a downgrade, it's their normal form, the last season was a freakish event that would not repeat itself no matter the team, Bayer finished 21 points in the previous season against Bayern and and 13 points 3 years ago, then the average for the previous 5 years is close to 20 points!

The major aspect I'm worried about Bayern Munic is in their defense because they concede a lot of goals which is not too good for a serious team like them. Today they have conceded two goals in their home from a small team like FC Heidenheim which they ought to win and stop from getting those two goals at first half. Even though Bayern Leverkusen is finally winning them 3:2, it is not impressive for me and that is why I agree with you that they are not really doing so fine this season. In terms of scoring, they are good just that there is always room for improvement.

It so surprising that Leverkusen are not really performing their best this season, they're not even playing like the defending champions and I'm wondering if they'll even finish in a good position on the table if it continues this way, was expecting to see a more better and tougher Leverkusen this season that would create another record by atleast winning the league consecutively but then I don't think I'll see that happening cause they ain't putting as much effort as they did the previous season. Well they've tried their best to equalize the goals scored by Heidenheim so there's still chances of them winning. Xabi Alonso should use the half time break to caution his defencer to be very careful not concede another goal in the 2nd half and try to score instead of conceding again. Their chances of winning the match is still very high therefore it's left for the player to make it possible.

They draw too much in the league this season. Today they are hosting Heidenheim which started interestingly but failed hard later on. I hope to see a win by Leverkusen, a decent one. It is time to finish the bad streak.
