About the procedure for kyc. Some people are not afraid to send their photos and personal data to participate in the new airdrops which looks like a scam. There are a lot of good reviews about this airdrop, I think for 25$ many new users can pass this kyc and get Stellar tokens.
I have already received this airdrop, but actually it is around 25$, not 40. Anyway it is a good airdrop although for some people it is bad to disclose identities

I think its not that dabatable. Because if you try to do that, especially some starters that don't have enough money yet to invest, its a great window. But I think blockchain.com is a legit one. So theres nothing to worry about.
yes because of that i'm a trusting blockchain.com company because they have rule for using customer data and our privacy are protected by law.nothing any worry to this company, but other story if airdrop from unknow/untrusted company

I have attempted this twice, did all the KYC, upload my international passport with the photo verification but they were all rejected until I have to give up, have seen a lot of persons that did theirs and got verified within minutes and they receive the $25 worth xlm. May have to check again

Still now there is no one giving anyone anything without any return. Here this $40 worth of Stellar also not free but they are demanding your personal identity. And this is very cumbersome of this airdrop today.
Giving your personal identity to get the reward is not normal in cryptoworld since the kyc system are being popular. I'm participating in blockchain stellar give away and give my personal identity I approved but sadly until now I dont get my reward some pf friend get a xlm reward but not $40 like what OP said they only get $25 reward.

I do not understand why they need user data to participate in the airdrop? I will not take part in this distribution because there is no reason why I should send them my documents

Although this is legit but i was ignoring this giveaway because i don't want to give my personal identity to them and i thought stellars value was $25 not $48 and indeed i got the notifications through email from blockchain that people have to wait more patience because there are plenty of queue list and they says everybody who complete the requirements will get the rewards soon so do not have to worried about it
