I just bought blockchain.com my award. Xlm did not come from other sites. You were stuck on the kyc approval. Is there a solution to this?
Is your KYC still pending or are you already verified?
If it's still pending you'll most likely have to wait. If you're already verified but haven't received the XLM I'd open a support-ticket (might take a while to get an answer).

If you’re still waiting for your identity to be verified to either receive the airdrop or increase your Swap limits, your application may be in manual review.
