maybe it's better that you organize this?

IF (and I say IF) the majority of people of batch 1 wants refund, you can contact the members of batch 2 first if they want a refund and, if they want a refund, you can refund them and offer 2000 chips to batch 1 who don't want a refund.

So it's possile batch 2 will get assembly and not batch 1?

If people of batch 2 want refund and batch 1 gets a refund, I'll switch positions... (total of 18 chips)
I'll offer (in case of a refund for batch 1) a partial refund: I'll buy a total of 18 chips for 0.06 BTC per chip.
