Wow, wow, wow, chill, bro! $250k dollars by 2022? That's really huge. Where do you get your figures from really? But I guess the main discussion is about Bitcoins being an alternative to Fiat currencies. Even here, I do not consider that it is nearly achieved yet. I totally agree that Bitcoin has sure gained some respect and acceptance over the years. But I also know that there's still large room for improvement.

I'm not referring to the price of Bitcoin (we all know it's going to be $250,000/coin by 2022), but the goal that it would be a legitimate alternative to inflationary government fiat currencies.  When the altcoin market is examined, it is inextricably linked to the price of Bitcoin.  Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of the cryptocurrencies.  There's even somewhat of a dismissive attitude toward other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this was a similar sentiment held by those "respectable" investors when Bitcoin was in its infancy.

What do you think?  I'd love to hear from some crytpo veterans.

I think bitcoin doesn't fully achieve its goal. It may be at its highest point but I cannot say that it reaches its goal due to it is still not accepted by all of the people. Governments do not want to promote it to be use. They won't also legalize the whole cryptocurrency like bitcoin. In addition, the value of it in the market is still unstable.

In my opinion, BTC can achieve its goal, but for how long, no one can be sure. In the past, we are putting a lot of hope into this electronic currency. It can change the world or not depends a lot on us. If you think positively, things can be resolved in a good way and a bright future awaits us.

I think it has reached. Because Bitcoin is the most important cryptocurrency for today and it is an ideal system of how the cryptocurrency should work. Also, more and more online shops enter payments through Bitcoin, which was the original purpose of this cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin has not hit its target. There are still some countries yet to accept it and integrate it into their payment systems. Bitcoin is still young and more developments are set to enter its Blockchain. This will further increase its patronage, hence increase its value in the end.

I really do not think that bitcoin has achieved its goal because some countries do not accept bitcoin as a currency or some other factors also exist such as fraud and false news about bitcoin on the market that stops the goal of reaching the goal of becoming a digital currency worldwide . In my opinion, Bitcoin will achieve its goal as soon as Bitcoin's popularity increases day by day and some countries are starting to accept it, countries like Swaziland are now accepting Bitcoin as tuition fees which is the first step the country has taken and I feel that other countries will also start accepting Bitcoin and that is the time when Bitcoin reaches its destination.

If you are consider the current function of bitcoin nowadays, I don't think the bitcoin usage have been maximized. Bitcoin's is superb but the current situation has many technical issues that need to be resolved in such a way to exploit the capability of bitcoin in today's world. Bitcoin needs to resolve the scalability issue. Also, its adoption.

In my opinion, bitcoin has not reached its goal. I know that this bitcoin developer wants bitcoin to be the number one legitimate currency used worldwide such as dollars. Now, bitcoin is ranked 6th to compete with other fiat currencies such as dollars and euros. Bitcoin is very ambitious to be the number one currency but bitcoin hasn't gotten legal status from all countries in the world. This is of course a sign that the purpose of bitcoin has not been achieved because bitcoin still has many challenges to realize its dream. Beating the dollar and euro is not easy because both currencies are rooted in the use of people around the world.

I find it is not the goal of bitcoin, and it is probably hard to reach 250000$  by 2022. That's just a prediction, not all predictions are accurate. But I still believe that in the next few years the value of bitcoin will be very high. I will buy and keep in the long term.

There is no goal target of bitcoin in the crypto because no body can tell that where it will stop. This is journey where is going up and down trend. But it is sure that it will be reach at that price of level where no coin can not beat to it and that will be impossible for everyone.

I don't think yet, Bitcoin has become famous and many people use it for different purposes, but we still see a number of shortcomings by some countries.

Since the first peak of Bitcoin in late 2018. The future is very difficult to predict and we should not conclude too soon. I feel Bitcoin's value has not reached such a high price.

for some it may reached its goal especially the veterans who spent a lot time doing bitcoins, but for some who not yet reach the peak of bitcoin, I think it hasn't yet reach it. Because they don't know the full potential of bitcoin and what the bitcoin capable of doing especially when it comes to transactions.

Bitcoin has not reached its purpose yet because per the plan of Satoshi Nakamoto, bitcoin  was supposed to be used as a digital currency in trading but this has not fully been realized and until that has happen we can not conclude that bitcoin has reached its goal.

I think that not all, because the technology still develops and they need time. To make Bitcoin truly the largest payment system through the Internet, you need more approval from people in the world, and now it is still on the way. That's why it is worth waiting.

By the way you are very right to say that bitcoin by 2022 will be worth 250 000$ I also think so. And it seems to me that bitcoin has not reached its goal. And as for investors, many of them hold bitcoin, and the other part just scared.

It is very difficult for bitcoin to achieve its goal, because bitcoin has the purpose of freedom and convenience in transactions without intermediaries who can incur additional costs. Even so bitcoin as a digital currency is very well known to have a big appeal in society and many big companies are interested in adopting bitcoin.
We are just waiting for the time whether bitcoin will be received with good news or with bad news, we must be patient for at least a few months.
