Before this one has come today, last month if I am not mistaken there was once the same situation but after few days the market stopped moving forward and then back to crisis situation. So as long as the situation is not yet establish we can not expect that it is now the time. Not right now. We can say it recovered if the market keep in green and only get little red in few time but the price keep growing. But if we look the market now, the market only rise little and only BTC which has make significant rise but Alt has bad situation. Idk why it can happen usually When BTC rise Alt will rise too but today it's different.
