Those funds aren't his to begin with. The bondholders should decide if they want to sell at a discount and take the lesser amount of bitcoins. If not they can wait and see if the full amount will be paid out. This is their decision not his. Just like they are not his coins.

Strange. You would of got a quick response six months ago when the money was rolling in. Odd that.
I got the feeling he's not taking his creditors debt mountain very seriously. It's all a bit of an inconvenience for him.

Yeah 9 payments that when combined aren't even half of a percent of the amount owed.At the estimated 3 year payoff mark that projects it out to: 36*0.005 = 0.18 or 18% of original principal returned in 3 years time.

I'd like think that he has temporarily shut down the site for maintenance, and will soon come back better than ever with bitcoins for all. But realistic part of my brain telling me to accept I'm never going to see my coin again, and should be content with the 0.32 bitcoin I got back.
