The GPU buyback plus downtime was indeed a harsh slap in the face.
I never took any of the ETH out, and from 1100 USD invested, I have .05 ETH, which isn't enough to withdraw even last time I tried.
The amount of downtime leading up to the total shutdown was way over 50% of the time.

I created my Z11 sell order for 2.29 at August 12th and no any KSol from it still wasn't sold ...

Hashnest is a scam.
In April 2021 I got an e-mail from them that they are offering "new Ethereum miners". Because of that I bought Hashpower from these new miners in May 2021.
After hardly working because of several down downtimes China shut down the Operation in June 2021.

Now Hashnest is offering less than 30 % of the original Sales price in May 2021 to buy back the Ethereum miners. And even that bad offer they are not fulfilling since they are hardly buying on their market
And they refuse to ship the miners to the investors.

For one of the Bitcoin miners they offer 10 % of the original price.

Hey... it was HashNet decision to shut operations down. I'm loosing a lot o money because of that.... Their competition reacted and moved the operations overseas in time record (Ex: Bitfufu). Hashnest after months of praying for a miracle of China unban mining, decided to pay the hasrate that they sold, at prices only they know how they were establish. But way below market price and way below what they sold them for.

Hey I'm not talking saying "As far as I know", the links that I gave shows the backlog selling orders, and the history of the transactions.
   For GPU 598 market there are +304K open selling orders value
   For GPU 5700 market there are +116K open selling orders value
   For Z11 market there are +55K open selling orders value
   For S17 market there are +87K open selling orders value

People are so desperate that they are filling orders below the agreed price.... and guess what..... Hashnest first fills those and only then buys at the agreed price. That's not ethical at least. And by the way day 18/08 they bought 0 USD in each of those 4 markets.

So if there are accusations and frustrations maybe there are reasons for that. We may not agree with their decisions but maybe If they at least fulfil what they promise there were less accusations and frustrations

I don't understand all these accusations and frustrations. After all, Hashnest as a company is not going anywhere and they have announced that they will be selling new products so you don't have to get rid of everything but just exchange it.


As far as I know, Hashnest sets buy bids at a certain price. It is possible that no one is selling, therefore you cannot see the trade.

Once more Hashnest is not honouring what they said. They open up the hashrate markets for Z11 and S17, one week later open market for GPU's RX5700 and 598 with the promise they will be buying 50K each day in each market.

Well that is not happening for example in 16/08 for 5700 they spend 1014,65 USD in 17/08 they spent 0 USD, today still no sign of buying anything. What's going on, why did you change the announced plan?

Moving back? I don't understand.... Did Hashnest announced they are mining again?
I know that regarding questions about the remain free power still on account, they implied that they can do the refund or we leave it there for future use in something to be announced.
What do you know that I don't?

i aint moving back, if they dont publicly post some pictures, they are mining outside china (and it must be some western country ofcourse)....its to risky imo to mine in china these days if that would change i might consider to mine again,..thank you hashnest for all these years, hope you will succeed,...

Real price for Antminer Z11 2000$ in China today. 2000\135= $14.81 for 1 Ksol. Hashnest buyback only for $2.29.
hashnest - shit scammers!

Just got my Z11 buyback today. Withdrawal in progress...

Waiting for Z11 buyback for 1 week, nothing so far. Opening new ticket every day until they respond.

I had someone say they were able to sell everything...at about 1/3 of what they paid for it...and with uptime of about 25% for this year.
I believe they put the sell orders in at the buyback price minus 2 cents.
Needless to say they are not happy.

This shit scam stop to buy our hashrate 12 aug.

They've shut down comments on their Telegram group a/o Aug 9th. Lack of transparency, poor management and communication, and some bad luck, but now could be escalating to exit scam IMO. We'll see if they ban me from this forum.

Just curious when this would be completed?
I assume the refund would be for the un-repaid balance, given the contract terms.
And probably in BTC?

I agree, up until Bitmain sold it off, it was flawless and I probably got 10+ people to really go at it for years.
Ever since the tokens showed up in the wallet (still no idea why they are there) and the new company took over it's been more frequent downtime with little to no compensation compared to previously.

However I also understand not much any miner can do in China currently, so unlike Hashlets from Josh, at least this outcome is based on reality.

I'd have preferred to be able to have the hashes converted to machines and shipped, but I also understand that might be very difficulty with everything going on.

Just sad to not have any cloud miners around that are legit.
