Finally got my unit today.

501 watts on an EVGA gold PSU.

It is indeed hashing over 14mh/s, but I can't achieve that poolside.

What diff setting are you guys using?

Will lowering the clock speed reduce HW errors?  Mine is about 6% HW errors after a half an hour.

If I purchased another lunar launcher, could I run it off of the same r-pi as the other lunar launcher? Can I run it off of the spare USB port on the pi or do I need powered hub? Will contrala software recognize another launcher?

the answer is yes

The Raspberry Pi's support up to 20 devices (provided they have a properly powered USB Hub).

I use this for my seeds and my blades and it would work fine for multiple hashra units too

I just received my "lunar launcher". I hooked it up and it's been running for about 15 min now on clevermining. Miner is only hashing at around 11.40 mhs, 9 hardware errors and around 13% rejects. This is not good.

give it some time - for some reason they're slow to start and often take 15 to 20 minutes to get going.

can you check clevermining to see what they're reporting hashing wise?

The HASHRA controls crashed and I had to restart my r-pi. Though now it seems to be doing better. 14.34 MHS average. 4 hw errors and 6.19% reject. Oh also on a side note, I can also confirm that the power cable that came with the r-pi didn't work. I had to use a different cable plugger into wall socket. You also had this problem, correct?

yes and so have others - fortunately the Pi used the same power connector as most droid phones which is what I had to use for the 2nd hashra box I got - I also found out the ethernet cables that come with the units are usleless - would not work at all.

ps: if you have ssh - ssh to the pi with username/password:  pi/controla and then "tail f- /var/log/syslog' if you really want to keep an eye on things. I do

As an early supporter of Hashra - I for one feel us early supporters who paid in full up front to help fund the development of these systems are owed something.

We have been slapped in the face with late delivery and then we  come to find out that a mere 7 days from now the same units that we paid a lot of money for are now available for at least 25% less than we paid.

It's a real insult to me and others - I know they have sent me PM's and there are a lot of unhappy people.

Is this what we get for helping Hasra get started?

I was probably the first person to get the unit in the U.S. and I just got it two days ago and wowee - I get a whole 9 day advantage in terms of mining over people who did not have faith in Hashra?

I won't make in 9 days what I could have saved - that's for sure.

In my humble opinion there would be no Hashra miners even available for sale had he not stepped up to the plate and placed our orders

it's insulting to be treated this way.

One very disgruntled customer

Was yours also shipped on the 4th of June?  That alone is reason for compensation.

Dave - I ordered two and the first was received on June 5 and the second on June 6. My the shipping documents mine were shipped on Sat - May 31st.

I am just asking for some 'consideration' in some form for being an original 'investor' in Hashra and making it possible for these machines to even exist.

The problem isn't even so much the price drop, it's the fact that shipping was guaranteed by May 31st and that clearly didn't happen.

Simon / HASHRA; is the shipping date still may 31st? And is that guaranteed?

YEP.  Smiley

As stated on our site if we do not ship out by 31st everyone gets offered a full refund.

Simon, please send me an email or pm regarding this issue.

I paid $1615 for Batch 1 on May 22.  I'm assuming the package is on it's way to me, but I have no idea when it will arrive.  SF-express tracking just says it's in transit in Los Angeles.

The unit shipped on June 4th.

I would like some form of compensation before Batch 2 starts shipping.

Me too!

Wow thats fuken fast!  Cheesy

Edit: Never mind, I noticed other people are getting things faster. 1 week and half is a bit too much.

Here's my opinion

I believe that all of us are clearly entitled to the revised price - especially since that price WAS ANNOUNCED AND POSTED before any of us received our miners.

I paid $3,295 x 2 minus 10% for a total of $5,931 for two Warp 2 units

Prior to delivery the price was revised to:  $2,275 x 2 = $4,550

Therefore we are entitled to the new price not only because it was a new price, but just out of common courtesy for Hashra to do what's right for the customers that supported his business and helped get it started.

I would like a refund of $1,381 or a Lunar Lander plus $131

I will continue to support Hasha IF they step up and do what it right.

I believe this may come into play also since Hashra claims offices in the U.K.

I don't blame Hashra, that 2 days Chinese Festival + weekend was a real [....] for us, as customers.

IMHO, If Hashra want to give us a coupon as compensation for the delays, it is more than welcomed.

Below has been communicated to all of us on Twitter on the 12th of May,

http://us3.campaign-archive1.com/?u=99f7289c2228b2321197a5962&id=31a14dba1b

today  I saw another anouncement that offers us a measly 5%, this is totally unacceptable, what about what Option 1 and 2 that were offered?
Please come clear with all your batch 1 customers who have supported you from day one. Also please explain to all of us why a public Holiday on the 2nd of June has anything to do with your "guaranteed" deadline of shipment on the 31st of May. Mistakes happens and the Bitcoin industry is a very dynamic one and if you ran into production issues we all understand, but there is a red line that should not be crossed, I think we can accept a slight delay in shipment but we cannot accept you just simply not honoring material promises that were made publicly to all of us. I urge you please come clean with us we deserve better than this and you know it. To help refresh your memory:

"
For those of you that have already purchased recently at the quoted 15MH speeds per module we will be offering some options for you so you are rewarded for being an early customer of our Lunar Lander miners and end up benefiting from the new speeds.

Option 1:
Giving you extra free MH so that your order matches $ per MH of what you had paid before or better. This would basically mean we would give you a free extra miner. : )
You would end up with even more MH per $ than what you had originally paid for.

Option 2:
If by the time we ship out for batch 1 we are unable to reach a stable 15MH then we will offer those customers a refund for any missing hash rate they were originally quoted.
For example:
You paid for 15MH at $140 per MH
You get now 12MH at $140 per MH
We refund you $420

Whatever option you go with we will of course be giving you guys an insane discount off your next order with us to say thanks!

hashra.com/products

SHIPPING SCHEDULE & BATCHES:
As things are going it is looking like batch 1 is going to be selling out at some point this week.
Production of Batch 1 is going very well and we will do all we can to ship earlier than the 31st May.
After Batch 1 sells out we will start to take orders fro Batch 2, Batch 2 will most likely ship out around one week to ten days after Batch 1.

"

All Hashra batch 1 customers please voice your opinion!

Does hashra have a usa re-seller?

I just dont want to wait for shipment, and import tax and crap.

yes - zighash.com

Have you bought any from them? I`m also looking at re-sellers in the USA as well.

As HASHRA aswell as Jeff has said we are indeed a Official Reseller of HASHRA products! However, I Jacob the Owner, do admit that we did drop the ball on Jeff's Gridseed order. We thought that we would ship it from the USA instead of China so he could be mining faster, but the company we ordered it from (GAW) lied to us about it. They guaranteed me shipping the 4th and said it shipped when it should have and that they were just waiting on the tracking number to "update". Now a week later tell me that they did not actually ship and pushed ship dates back until June 10th. I have offered Jeff a refund for his order and do hope he comes back to shop again at ZigHash.com, but also I hope realizes we did not lie to him in any way only told him what Jonathan from GAW was telling me. However, I do know that Simon is running a better business than GAW and will not lie to me. Our HASHRA products will ship on time! ZigHash prides itself in customer support and welcome full transparency in a situation such as this! Hope I cleared this up for everyone looking to purchase from ZigHash!
Thanks,
Jacob

actually - he's entitled to a full refund - we all say the statement on the website - it can't be ignored.

I want a partial refund. I want the difference betweeen what I paid and what Batch 2 are selling for.

afterall - it was my money that even made Batch 2 possible.

I will not settle for a penny less.

I'd prefer a partial refund

a coupon only locks you into ordering more from them.

In fact I've already asked for a partial refund but Simon has ignored that part of my emails to him.
