Always drink water with lemon or have a fruit shake every meal. Reduce consumption of fatty foods and always eat vegetables with high fiber content.

A raw food diet, prunoideae, in my opinion would be ideal, but not always, our body is ready for this, you need to be very careful not to harm your body. My favorite diet is called Weight Watchers.

Foods that are high in nutrients and are filling have fewer points overall. Sweets, on the other hand, are high in points.

A healthy diet. Try delicious vegetarian dish or Salad with any meat. You can eat. Just don't eat too much. And you don't wanna always full your stomach eat only half of what you used to eat.

A healthy diet is a diet that contains all the six classes of nutrient. Make sure you eat  food that is well prepared containing all the six classes.  But remember not to take some in excess like the carbohydrate, which the excess of it can lead to obesity. Then make sure you take enough water
