I think the right diet is frequent meals in small portions. At least you have to eat 6 times a day (not donuts Grin).

I worked at a company that also provided snacks and soda.  I started bringing healthier snacks to keep at my desk and a water bottle.

Try to eat nutritious food full of vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. Then you won`t have the need to snack. As an alternative, try eating a fruit of few nuts as snacks if you are really hungry.

Now I'm used to eat oatmeal as an alternate for rice. And every dinner time, I only used to eat sandwiches.
