I also had a problem with eating snacks at work. Then I understood that I started put on extra weight. Then I had to change some of my eating habits. I started eating healthy snacks like fruits, nuts, yougurt (you can fins some ideas here https://www.tipweightlossdiet.com/best-healthy-weight-loss-snacks-in-the-morning-afternoon-or-late-night/) instead of sweet and high-calorie snacks we were provided at work. I was enough to normalize my weight.

Diet depends honestly on the person. Everypne varies on their nutrient needs because of their conditions. But generally, all people needs to have a lot of vegetable and water in their meals.
Diet is more on discipline in eating, not in going to gym or working out but yes, sure it does help.

I think a healthy diet needs to have all food groups and that you need to have at least 3 meals.

a healthy diet is actually depending on your BMI, also do some exercise to become healthy a good combination of fruits, vegetable, little carbs and protein. you can check in the internet what is your BMI, and check your recommended calories.

hey guys! I've been working out for at least 3 times a week but I need someone to recommend a healthy diet or routine.
I can't help myself eat snacks when I'm at work since they provide it.
Can you guys give me any tips, that would be so appreciated! Thanks

Good discipline is always the key to achieve healthy diet so control the urge of eating those foods and bring yours instead. It should only consists of vegetables and just drink water and not those flavored bottle drinks.

Good advices so far, but according to me raw fruits & vegetables are very important. Besides, some people only eat that, crudivorians.

The best resource for nutrition that I have found is this book:

How not to die by Dr. Greger (https://www.amazon.com/How-Not-Die-Discover-Scientifically/dp/B016CME5B4)

It contains a review of essentially all the nutrition studies published in the last 10-15 years. In a nutshell, a healthy diet consists of a large amount of unprocessed, plant-based foods, including vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, seeds, legumes, whole grains and fruits. In addition, a healthy diet consists of eating a variety of these foods so that the full spectrum of nutrients can be absorbed.
