Of course, especially now when its price is so low, I guess you would be in the lost if you sell your eth. Wait for better times, but it could take even 6 months, so you have to be patient.
I am holding ETH as I believe it checked most of the boxes I look at when I get into a project. What I like about ETH the most, is the strong community behind and many great projects already been built on it.

If you do not already have Ethereum tokens, then buy them and keep them for a long time. If you have already invested in Ethereum, then you can try to invest in less popular altcoins or ICO projects.
The market is not stable and all the altcoins are down. So if you have ethereum, just hodl it or accumulate it in trading if you are good trader. Ethereum is one the most succesfull altcoin in history and this will be the second highest marketcap behind bitcoin. Just wait unti the price go to $2500+ in the next few years.
This moment hodl is very very best choice. Currently ethereum price is $405 this is too low of this year it already dropped $360 and it reached $1300 at this year. Ethereum is powerful and most promising coin just hodl and wait.
I would normally say HODL Ethereum but with the market in the middle of a blood bath I would either A) buy Bitcoin, wait for it to rise then dump that for the best alt you can find. B) Buy the alt straight away and not get to fancy with the intermediate Bitcoin trade.

Ether is the second ranked coin so safe to hodl. Also good to have some ether for trading into altcoins or investing in any good ICOs.

Firstly, I think having some different coins is the best choice, but on the other hand, I think ethereum is maybe the best altcoin which has a great potential for the future.
Among the listed assets ethereum takes the second position in terms of entire market contribution. From the beginning of the year once after the price fell low around $900 from $1350 it is termed that the ongoing year will provide big growth for ethereum. We don't know the reality, but as every user I'm maintaining patience to experience the good growth.
Depends on what you really need, it differs from all of us. Ideally holding would be the better choice, after all the bearish season is far from over so selling right now won't really be profitable and a lost of potential income, but if you're in need of money then its a different story, by all means, sell your Ethereum.

Ethereum is the number two ranked coin so pretty safe to hodl. It is also the most accepted currency of ICOs and also the currency required for decentralized exchanges like forkdelta and IDEX.
There must always be some eth in your neck. Make this a habit to yourself. Because eth is a very important coin for the market. I always need it to buy other tokens or ico's.
