At this time bitcoin is recovering momentum prices so the altcoin is showing signs of deepening. I think you can now use 50% of the bitcoin you have to buy on good low altcoin at low prices, and the remaining 50% you keep on bitcoin, which is a safe bet for you. Market recovery is a good opportunity for investors to seize opportunities.
It depends on the amount of Bitcoin you have or want to Obtain, try to keep on two fronts, with business in Bitcoin and Altcoin, with this when Bitcoin is falling buy altcoins, when to go up, hold or sell your altcoins.

I have two opinion about this. one is, you can hold bitcoin and it will be good but if you buy alt coin that will be very good. Because now a days alt coins are increasing superbly so if you buy alt coins then you will get hug profit from them. So my recommendation is you can buy alt coins. and it will be better than bitcoin hold i think.
I try to hold more bitcoin and altcoyins just buy when there is money on this matter but sometimes I have to sacrifice btc to buy an alt
When Bitcoin goes up alts will fall, when Bitcoin goes sideways alts will rise. This is same exact pattern for last 1 year. If you are a day trader you have a lot of trading opportunities.
Hope for short term you can prefer any altcoin but do thorough research before investing in to it. For long term, bitcoin is the best and sefest of all cryptocurrency. Just take some 20% of your bitcoin money and invest in any altcoin and see the growth, if that succeeded then invest another part.

just bought altcoin. for now, it's been an awful lot of altcoin that generates a lot of profit. so from that, I think altcoin has much greater results than bitcoin.

if it were you I would definitely sell a bit of Bitcoin mine, and then buy Altcoin, because now Altcoin like Ethereum, Ripple and Stellar have increased considerable valuation, but all back to you... And Why ?

I think it will be a year altcoins, you have to buy altos and keep them, the first quarter you can catch a lot of X.And Why ?

I think it is not logical to hold a bitcoin in long-term and short-term because the new altcoin Technologies are more powerful than the bitcoin tech.

I'm doing the same but I'll have to admit that holding some BTC might not be a bad bet, if you believe in the future of the whole crypto currencies system.
So IMHO the best bet is to hold a few BTC and spread the rest of your investment in PoS v3 coins because they represent the future of crypto coins generation.

Just 80/20, put an eighty percent on altcoins, and the other twenty percent on bitcoin, because of the current movements on the market we can really say that altcoins are increasing much more faster than bitcoin.
If you want to buy coins and do not check the market every day, gradually accumulating money, this is BTC. Buying altcoins I prefer to play, you need to monitor the market, buy or sell coins on time, and you can quickly make good money.
I keep some part of the capital in bitcoin. It seems to me it's a pretty good strategy which allows to buy alts during corrections. Altcoins grow much faster than bitcoin so around 60-70% of my deposit is always in alts.
buy its own weaknesses bitcoin regarding high price means requires a large capital anyway. If buy altcoin I think more promising because the price is still relatively low and will rise even higher than before.

Sell your bitcoins and buy altcoins when the price of bitcoin is going down, and sell your altcoins to buy bitcoins when the price of bitcoin is going up, vice versa. And Why ?
