I've benefited through cryptocurrency, in specific just because of holding I earned big as well lost big. So, to the respective situation of the market taking decisions were the best one needs to do. With this into consideration I prefer to hold and then sell when it reaches the price that's been targeted.
Selling at this point is the dumbest thing that you can do at the moment, there is no need to sell at the bottom because you are going to lose a lot of money becuase of that in a near future
Now we need to sell coins, and not to hold. The market is falling, so the cost of tokens will decrease. It's hard to say when this process will stop.
The current market is still at a low point. I don't think this is a good time to sell coins. I think you need to have some patience and wait for the market to pick up. I believe that by the next bull market you will have huge benefits.

if we see the price dropping, we recommend to hold at token/coin or make an decision if you need to release your token if needed.

I am also experiencing such right away and I have taken my mind off it. I feel the bes thing to do in such situation is to hodl your coin till you make some gains from it. It will be so bad to sell when all the price have dropped.

When market is immensely red its better to hold rather than to sell.It can be discussed under some cases as below
1.If your purchasing price is higher than current price (low) then its better to hold till the bullish period.
2.If your buying price is below current price (low) and you are sure that this coin will no longer be supported by development team or its scam its better to sell to avoid further low profit.
These are the points which must be ponder when market is highly bloodshed.Its always beneficial to hold when there is long dip period.

Hold if you think the coin has a big potential to grow in price in the future and sell if you think the price will be going down and there is no good already of the developers of the coin. All depends on the situation but if you really need of money then maybe you can sell some and remain the rest. I have hold plenty of coins but in time of difficulty in financial matter I will force to sell some of my coins.
It will depends on how good the coins are, because there are a good and promising coins and also a shit coins. Ok, consider it all are same then if you are experienced in trading then cut loss is the best choices.
this time? maybe i suggest to hold. so many traders today hold, selling is not an option. or you have a plan b for a better to avoid big loss. dont listen to fudders, always think and be reminded of a feeling when you buy those coins of yours. its not the right time. be strong men!
if the token of bounty, yes I will sell it if the rate is not not too far from ico rate, but if from investment of course we want to get profit from investment then the choice hold
