As per my Belief, this is not the right time to sell your Alt's. Because as taking a deep look at the market right at this time as its statistics don't look good now. Cryptocurrency markets are in deep since 6 months and all the cryptocurrencies are around 70% down from its ATH value. I would suggest you to holding decision if you are in huge losses or if the entry price of the lumens you a near to current price than you can switch for other cryptocurrency if you see opportunity. This deep is normal if you have patience, when the market will take bull run everything will go up.
Now is not the best time to sell all coins. It is better to wait a few months and then decide what to do.

Sell or HOLD is always a difficult choice. But if my opinion, this time is not good to HODL. You should sell when you have a profit. We don't know what is the "lowest price" of Altcoin. BTC price changes very fast, unpredictable, so we easily lose money if we are not awake.
