In my view, the best solution is to hold it. I'm sure the market will soon improve and if we hold it then theres a big chance and a big possibility to have a big price and that our chance to sell it
Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them and buy it again when the value pumps ? I have already lost a good margin of profit with the ripple I don't want to make the same mistake with the Lumens which I Hold so should I hold on or sell out ?

That being said, nobody has a crystal ball. Selling something to buy later when it's cheaper is a strategy which fails very very frequently, specially in a growing market like crypto. I'm personally not a fan, I like hodling more. I prefer buying things with good prices and selling later when they reach my target price (even if it means waiting for years).

Yah. Current prices are not good for sale, unless you need money in a hurry. Maybe you will have to wait a long time. But don't worry, let's spend your time on more meaningful things
I think now a days only sell when you want money and no other options otherwise hold the bitcoin for a time and check the market as market again go up only in that condition sold if you want money and if no need for personal needs than hold it because it's like a assets, will give big reward at the end.

No need to hurry and sell their coins considering that tomorrow the market will collapse and drive you into debt. The market does not die by itself, it is trying to push. Then it won't happen abruptly.

I rather prefer holding, instead of selling, because of the current price of tokens and coins are pretty low. In my opinion selling is risky move right now.

Of course to keep! If you want to get a big profit then just keep it! By the new year, the market should come to life and give us a very good profit. 
Get rid of token in panic is the most unfortunate choosing that hodlers could take since that it sets up hodlers to be simple to use ,thus rises the alarm.
And what mistake have you already committed? I would not do anything with your crypto currency, because it's not very profitable to sell anything now.
