If your tokens have a great price now, then I think it's better to sell. But if the price is small, then keep and wait for growth. It will happen someday. And it will be insulting if you sell for cheap.
The cruptocurrencies market is down now. My advise is you should hold now. Of course, i can be wrong.
Well suggesting would be pretty hard if you do not give more information about what coin you are holding. If you think the coin is good, try holding it, if it is an older coin. Of it is a new coin of any recent ICO and it's price is going down, I would suggest you to just sell it off as new coins definitely can't be as dependable as coins such as bitcoin,ethereum, etc.

My advice from me,
First, sell the altcoins and tokens that you think will have no future at all, and hodl the coins that have a bright future (long-term investment). do not sell every coins you have, bitcoin will increase higher and higher, don't worry a lot.
The ball is in your court dude because if you sell now you will end up selling at lost and you should hold who knows what tomorrow hold the market could turn in your favour but no one can tell though.
According to situation you take decision hold or sell.If you bought too expensive and loosing money need to hold and wait for best moment where you maximize the profit.
Currently price of coins drops if have investment buy more to recover the losses and hold for long run will get handsome amount.It is better to wait till find the price you want and live rest of life better.

if u want to participate the ICO, before u need to read the roadmap of the project and understand when to expect significant events. also, on the eve of the release of a finished product or other significant event, the price begins to rise and reaches the maximum value. that's when u should sell ur coins.

As some here already advised you it is possible that if you sell now you will lose. I would go more for hodling at this point. But one valid advice I can still give you. This is a good time to reshuffle your alts – maybe sell some and buy some others, the ones which reacts on green market actively. Just research some with good potential, check how they react on the market change. Almost everything is in the good price now, so it doesn’t have to be only the alts you have from ICOs you need to hodl

this is not the best time to sell, its the best time to buy. unless, of course, you really need the money. or if the coin is not promising, it is better to sell it. a good altcoins to keep
