For me it good to buy then hold the coin for a long term and then if the price is good that is the time to sell your coin. For me it is not goo to buy then sell it right away and for me it is not an investment if you just buy and sell right away for my knowledge investing means you put your money in to it and then you let your money grow and then if your money grow you can sell it already.

actually same situation with you i have also some coins i hodl's and is till i hodl tight i do't like sell it in the lower price i will wait to bounce back again the price of all coin i have more than 50% loses if i sell my coins now, do not listen to the speculation about the bitcoin continue to decrease their value the news are making panic to the hodler's of bitcoin or altcoins currencies, just relax and clam the price pumping again panicking are not helpful to earn profits.
