You should totally wait until the prices are up again. Also you should hold your altcıins if their prices are below ICO price.
I am in a similar situation ,although I have sold some when they price spike a little and was able to pay them back at a fairly lower price,essentially more tokens.I intend to hold them becasue eventually the prices will go up again.
