if u just losses around 10-20% maybe u can sell then buy in the low price.
but , if u losses 50% , u should hold because if u sell , then buyback , im not sure this action will can recover ur losses , better wait a stable market and hope the price will increase till ur buy price.
this depends on you , trust yourself , and make a decision.

I prefer to you to just hold your coins ! Do not sell all of your coins today because I know that you will regret it in the future. There are a big chance that you can earn more money by holding your coins.

There's always a consideration when you holding a coin, first if the project is still follow their roadmap, second the Dev, if they are trying to build up the coin.
If you want to get out in your altcoins and you have 20% or 50 % loss don't do that, it is hard to recover based on my experieced. Better if you only 5% - 10% negative you can sell your coins but more than that it is not good idead. There's always a rainbow after the rain

hold or sell? it is easy in my opinion , im selling most of my altcoins after they went to main net, but if i really believe in project im keeping some amount of them

For me, i will choose to hold it for a long time because for sure you will make a right decision when time comes, when it backs to original price or it will pump, or will dump but the thing is when you hold it for a long time, when time passed by you can make a decision if you sell it or hold it.

If everything is really as you say and the price is at the bottom, then it is best to keep the coins because there is no point in selling for a penny.

This is not the time to sell any cryptocurrency as it is very cheap now. wait at least for this winter. As for me, I am planning to hold my altcoins (NEO, Komodo, and Lisk) for at least 1 year more.

I suggest its better to know if your coin have potential because if it is then its better to hold it but if not then its better to sell it, if your coin have potential then hold it because surely gives you a lot of earning.
