It depends on your financial and trading objectives. If the current price is good than the price you purchase previously, and you are in need of cash , why won't you sell then. But if you are in loss when sell, then I suggest you hold for a while because what ever goes up come down.

My advice you keep holding all the coins you have. Continue if you have more capital, you can buy some more cheap coins but the prospect is promising. Now the price of all the coins starts up again and is likely to go up for a long time.

This dump is normal just like the green period these past few days. If you could, convert it to BTC if you want a better rock investment and then hold it for a while. Last year, BTC reached 20k USD. If you have BTC and that kind of peak was reached that's a good opportunity for you.
If you worry about you money in crypto, then you should sell all your crypto and forget about it. Don't invest in crypto what you aren't ready to lose.
