i think you must hold your altcoin at least it has back to ico price then you can sell it to minimize your loss.
I think now time to sell and convert all to USDT and make profit. according to the head and shoulder chart patter nearly every coins and tokens are going to show a down trend surely. so prevention is better than cure. so we can make more money from selling those things before loss
Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice

its simple sir, if you need money just sell it than forget than, if you have more money after that just buy again, sorry for my simple thinking suggestion. 
If the price dropped 15% sell them right away and then wait for the bottom price for buying back. Don't panic, if your loss is quite big better to hold on your coins until the are moving back.
If you want to gain a profit, You must hold it and wait for the value become higher again. If you are impatient you will lose a profit. Keep on investing and holding coins because a good preparation can bring a good future.

It depends on you, if you need the money right now go sell it, but if you want to sell it because you scared, that's a big mistake, because crypto coins are now dipping and if you sell it you cant earn profit, so if i were you, i prefer to hold it and wait for the moment when coins will rise up, if that moment happens then i will sell it to earn profit. Simple and wise strategy.

now you better hold your coins because the altcoin price drops because the altcoin you are holding is currently less good than the previous altcoin price, if you sell your coins now you will lose and I think you better keep your coins until the price altcoin is stable again
it depend what do u hold and the utility of that token but generaly hold is the key of success and the key of grow in portfilio so HODL HODL HODL it will be fine my friend just make more research about what do you holding

Today the market is great in my opinion for holding coins. I think you should try holding it. My brother did hold a bit of coin and it did actually gain but it was just a test though not a serious investment.
