Long-term holding of coins makes a very good profit at a time when the entire market goes up. But such a strategy is unprofitable during a bearish trend.

Until when you gonna hold your coins and tokens?
Will you dump it if it is pumping in the market?

Will hold them at least until I see x10 from the current prices Smiley Then I will begin fixing everything at some levels. Probably 10% of whole coin quantity after reaching some desirable price levels.

There were some coins I sold when I thought I had made some porofirs, yeti blamed myself for selling them too early, considering the rate at which the coins were growing.
I made the mistake on so many occasions, which was why I told myself that, I will always try every means, as much as possible to see that, which ever token I see to have good future prospects, I would hold.
If you have invested in good tokens or coins then you should wait for the long term, there are many projects that are coming up with just hype and after hitting the market the price usually comes down. With all the said projects there will be a time when the price increases and from my experience i figured that it is better to sell when the price rallies in a certain coin and get out before it comes down crashing. I had some heavy losses in the past because of the said reason and i am not certain whether the price will ever increase again, but if you are investing in solid coins or tokens the price will increase when the market recovers.

I've made the mistake to hold all of my erc20 tokens even when their value was really high and I've lost from it, now my strategy is to accumulate as many eth/btc as I can.Don't repeat my mistake, when you can make some profit in bear trend take advantage of it.

I have watched several of my tokens especially the ones I claimed from airdrops rise and dumped without me selling. Some have even stopped trading, but I still prefer to hold and see what happens in 2 to 3 years.

I will keep my coins until the price rises for them. I see no reason to sell them at current prices, because I bought them for the purpose of making a profit.
You'll gonna be unless those tokens are for utility purposes. Many we're still in holding scheme and they manage to keep it until the time when they see profits from it, but for now since we are in dips, definitely not the right time to sell them off. I know it is a long wait for everyone but we can do nothing is to wait for its turning back into green.

In my experience, if the coin has no strong foundation and no real use case, that coin is only for the pump and dump coin. I will gladly dump it because sooner or later, its value will decline. If you will try to hodl, you will be left bag holder of this until such time you will regret not selling that coin.

Experience is the best teacher. I have learned that there is no need for hodling when the prices are at their peaks. Only smart people know this technique. The reason is that it is very difficult to sell a coin that is possible to give you a times 10 in a week time forgetting the direct opposite can also happen.
If there is a time to hodl a coin/token, it is this bear time that I have to buy many coins and hold. I will then start selling when prices start moving up.

I am sure with the potential of the coins that I hold for investments that will be able to provide long-term benefits, of course I will hold it until the price can rise higher than the price when I buy it, even if the price gets a pump I will throw it away and buy it back when I returned the dump.
we must be smart in taking advantage of the opportunities that exist when the coins we hold experience high pump.

I have some tokens which will keep till the end. If i see that project is strong, innovative and keep developing why should i sell now cheap? I can afford myself to wait.
I also have some tokens from bounties, but I see the price is very far from the price of ico, if sold now not too much, I will also wait until the price improves, hopefully by the middle of this year

of course, because the nature of a trader is like that, they buy cheap prices and sell when the price is high. It's different from investors who will keep holding their coins or tokens for the next few years, usually investors have a target to sell them when
investors usually have sales targets in accordance with the project roadmap that they follow, they set the highest target that can be achieved by coins and usually it will take a long time, it can take years, so it is very difficult for investors to survive if they don't really have big capital

I invest in long-term projects. I choose such projects that in my opinion in a few years will be very famous in the world. But of course, if some sort of altcoin grows much, then I will sell some of the coins.

Seeing the current market conditions is not good for storing tokens too long because prices easily fall. Hunters must sell it quickly because tokens are only prizes, low or not all are at risk if traded in a Bearish market. I hope the market will recover soon.

I am still a holder . I hold mostly the new tokens. I don't hold alot of the popular cryptocurrencies these days except for day trading. Better to day trade than to hold in this bear market.
Forget to add that most of my tokens are pretty much worthless.

I ussually trying to sell the most part of new tokens immediately when they enter in market. Because 95% of them just really will be dead. If you know that your token will probably rise you should to hold them.

It is a question for yourself. I am not trying to be greedy but I want at least 80 percent profit from each coin and I am holding everything till the moment when I will get my profit. Not every investment gives such profit in a short period of time, but at least it gives it.
