Both things are now lowest due to bad marketing conditions. So i think for reason big scam project come to market day to day. But now market have good project based coins and new released tokens. In my case of hold till 2020 and we can get profit doing it.

Definitely need to sell when the price is high, so I think that some altcoins is better not to keep for a long time as their technology may become obsolete and the coin to die !

Of course everyone all want to sell their tokens when the price is raising. I learned one lesson since I joined in this market for one year is that don't be too greedy with new tokens

I have a simple and safe principle for these, on my investment in my portfolio
I always cash out every time I’m in profit

It doesn’t matter the level of pump, always sell and get your capital and profits first
Then you leave other tokens as supplement

for me now is also the right time to hold an altcoin or token.

I think everyone has their own ways and strategies. But, I will personally sell the coins that I have if I have benefited from them, even though many people argue that they should not be sold first because tomorrow the price will be higher. Whether or not this happens is uncertain, so I choose to sell it when I get a profit.

I do not think he means what he has said. If he sees his BTC plunging, he will sell quick and not wait to accrue more losses.
Even if you are determined to hold, either altcoins or btc, there is always time for that. We all know that there are certain altcoins that are not good for hold, because they might end up not having any value again, those ones you can quickly sell. Then know when to sell others through updates.

Well, it depends if you needed the money or not. Because in my case, I can't barely make any profits anymore that I had to sell all my tokens that are in exchanges all at once just to support my needs. All I have left are the one I received from airdrops and bounties.

In this bear market we should hold our coins and tokens and wait the market can recover, holding of our coins is a good strategy to earn more profit in the future. Hopefully the market will be stable as soon as possible from this down trend.

i have holding my token almost 1 year since i got that token from bounty rewards, and now the token was useless and priceless, im regreting not immediately sell it when it was have value.
