Have been holding coins for a long time but the market is not recovering immediately. However, the coins that I hold up to now have decreased in price. But if the crypto market doesn't recover soon, of course, the decision I can make is to sell coins.

I don't think it will be a good decisions to dump it or sell it immediately because base in my experienced, much better to wait a little bit more of time. I meaned, let the price gets stable first before selling it. Just base in the book orders where the price of the buyer and seller have only low gap differences. Will you dump it if it is pumping in the market?
Of course, I and people often think they will keep their tokens until they get a high price, but sometimes I fear the price will drop too deeply, so I decided to cut loss.
I will never hold any tokens or coins with no great project and development for the future.

The holding of coins and tokens maybe not applied if you will monitor and observe the market from time to time the value of price in it , because there are time that it will rise up , but to some known coins in the market that are really affected by the downfall season , you need the strategy of holding your coins and tokens for prevention of value loses of coins and tokens.

It all depends, not all coins/ tokens make it to the market. I have a lot of coins from my previous bounties and airdrops that have no value at all. Only few of them are worth holding. Some of my bounties were sold once they had good value in the market. I think if you have no financial capability, holding for too long is not really advisable.
Why will you dump if it is pumping? I think you don't really understand exactly what pump Is all about. If you see that your coin is pumping sell it immediately because the next destination would be the dump position. Then you can buy them back when it drops there already if you want to have it more.
If the market is pumping, of course, I will sell it because this is the best chance to make a profit. I think everyone thinks the same if their pumping conditions will sell coins. However, market prices continue to decline and this has happened until now in early 2019. But we also do not need to panic because the market will definitely return to stability.

I, on the contrary, found good coins whose capitalization is below 1 million dollars. I have invested in these coins. I expect this year's yield of 50-100%.

The developer has decided to reset the network and put a lot of coins as pre mined coin for themselves. This can be a good example so many idiots scumbag in the crypto.
I am promised never hold coin after reach of ICO price, how many time I hold and wait keep holding after raised ICO price but just few time price drop and never come back to higher, next time I will sell after raised at higher price of ICO.

In situations like this, it is better to hold the tokens that you have, do not sell them because they will suffer losses, better be patient to get good results for the future, and still need to be sure that the market will rise again and everything will resume normally, but still takes time

If a coin is pumping and you feel you are already in profit, then nothing should stop you from dumping what you have.
Sometimes a coin might seem to pump, but that when you bought it, the price was still very high. Then, you might need to weigh your chances. I this case, if you feel it is likely going to dump, you can sell and then buy back to wait for another pump, until you are able to make your profit.

Basically i enter and leave the market with a strategy and not just purely based on the price of the coin. It works like i will withdraw when i profit 30-50% i will sell away half of that particular coins and this procedure follows.
Yes you might think this is crazy but the truth is, you are prone to more risk and uncertainties when you hold. All the price instability is actually sustaining with you holding.

In 20days of intensive trading, I make 100% profit. Well, am not very rich because I only like to trade with small funds and I do this to take care of my immediate expenses daily so I don't touch my salary at all cos profits from trades takes care if all these.
Comparing to when you hold, Bitcoin cannot rise above 100% in 20days!!! Forget old days rate, today is reality!
