You can also switch your cigarette habit for a nut habit, and eat four nuts in their shell for every cigarette you want to smoke. This way, you’re using your hands and your mouth, getting the same physical and oral sensations you get from smoking.
Thus, many achieve success in quitting smoking. Many of my acquaintances bought sweets or what they liked, and when they were ready to smoke they ate sweets. But most importantly, you need to want and keep this position until the end. In the end, it's just a habit, and you'll remember it in the coming months (with food, work, etc.). U can use some candies or gums (orbit), be cause smoking its a habbit. Or if its very hard - try electric sigarets.

I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do  not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?

It's really hard to quit smoking. I used to smoke before and also had the same problem until i forced myself to quit due to my health problems. What i did, i look for an alternative, everytime i feel like smoking I'm chewing a gum or candy. It helps in my case you should try.

In my opinion, you should quit. It is very hard to change a habit so suddenly do it slowly. And it is important to have the determination to do so. If not you can easily come back

my advice if you need to stop smoking is to lessen the variety of cigarettes you typically use, while you need to smoke so devour something to preserve your mouth busy with it and devour fruit to stay wholesome

possibly you may do it via lowering the quantity of cigarettes you smoke each day. Make it a addiction to lose one cigarette a day until you smoke none at all. it's far going to be a long and hard technique, but it'll be really worth it. and you may also be doing the planet a favor.

You stop smoking.

The hard part isn't quitting, it's deciding to quit.

First step is to become more aware of your actions, and not just smoking.

Notice how you know you want to quit, and it's unhealthy to smoke, but you still CHOOSE to do it.

Ponder that...

It won't be easy, but it's simple.

my advice if you want to quit smoking is to reduce the number of cigarettes you normally use, when you want to smoke so eat something to keep your mouth busy with it and eat fruit to stay healthy

Well, it's all in the mind. I used to smoke and one day i just told myself i will and i need to quit smoking because i want to have a baby. When i decided to do that i didn't have much of a hard time to quit smoking, i just kept telling myself i want to stop smoking.
