I was smoking for 7 years most time 1 package a day :/
Then I quited and now i don't for more than a year.
In my situation i started to have a nervous attacks before i quited and some neuralgias (i don't know if it is in 100%) bu it was in heart place.
I thought it's some heart problems because of smoking, one day i nearly lost conciousness and paniced, then go to hospital and doctor to make research.
Finally it was nerve problems with maybe trading experiences and other problems and then i quited smoking.
Worst time is first 3 months, the best way is to make this time holidays and not going out home for first 2-3 weeks.

I have brought changes between myself. I believe I'll leave him soon

MY mother used chewing gum to help quit smoking.  Make sure to occupy your mind and get some new hobbies or you will constantly be thinking of smoking.

I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do  not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?

Try to change your life style focus on things that give you happiness like going into gym for healthy lifestyle  or try to eat healthy

Quit it just like you will quit any other thing.. You find something wrong with it that's why you want to quit.. Just quit it.. It's more or less like any other habit you can just quit.

Go pick up one of those Juul devices, simple to use and easy to refill. Slowly ween yourself off from smoking cigs to only vaping. Good luck! You can do this!

It is a really hard man. I was trying to do it for 8 years.

Perhaps you could do it by reducing the amount of cigarettes you smoke each day. Make it a habit to lose one cigarette a day until you smoke none at all. It is going to be a long and hard process, but it will be worth it. And you will also be doing the planet a favor.
