You can quit smoking when you feel something is wrong with your body. Something that smoking too much causes it. Something like burning in the chest, coughing too much, aching from head to toe and ETC. When something like that started coming out you can sure be nervous about your health and slowly start quitting.

Cut the amount. Example :
- You are smoking 20 cigarettes per day : change to 18 tomorrow then 16 the next day then go on....
Try to make exactly amount as planned, if it's so hard then you can lengthen the duration.

I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do  not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?
It's already became a habit at this point so you need to work hard to change that habit, example if you have a habit to smoking after eating change that habit like eat candy or anything else or make you hand busy.

hobby you sport and candy for cigarette want to disappear.
