Do you worry too much? If this is done, this habit should be omitted earlier. Does your friend smoke? ? If you do, then leave them ,

Do I have to stay awake for the night because I work online? Then I smoke cigarettes more. But I'm smoking much less than before ? If you have more advice then you can tell me

My husband has been smoking since young age of 17.  By year 2013, he quited smoking like a snap just like that.  He just suddenly stop doing it until after a month, as he tried a stick to taste but he felt so dizzy and so bad.  Since then he never tried lighting a stick ever again up to this date.

If you don't decide that you do not need it anymore, then the magic pill won't help.
I agree to spend money to leave it. I've eaten many tablets, but there is no work. At the end I'm starting yoga, see if it does work or not? But I smoke less now than before.

I've seen here about a million threads about it. No need to post at once, much better to use the search. People who use the search has shining hair and healthy teeth join us.
The purpose of posting here is that everyone will share his own experince.

I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do  not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?
