Though I do not see the work-ability or possibility of all paper money turning to Bitcoin for the economy usage just like that because of its Block chain technology. But where probably or may be such bounds to happen, the Beggars to me can never be able to access it just like that until they sort the assistance of Literates or specialist hand in the field for Assistance.

I think the beggars will have difficulty accessing Bitcoin and Bitcoin will not be able to substitute 100% for cash, Bitcoin and cash will go hand in hand. The beggars are not economical enough to buy equipment to view Bitcoin information such as smartphones, wallets for bitcoin storage. Their knowledge will be limited. They can not use proficiency in Bitcoin trading. They are easily hacked and appropriated by hackers.

If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?

Paper money has existed for thousands of years and it is so convenient that it is difficult to be eliminated according to natural selection rules. But if the whole paper money is converted into bitcoin, then I am sure that the beggars can also receive Get it through a bank transfer or card scanner

beggars are the people who have nothing but only their heart and soul scattering on the floor. they have no food, shelter and clothing but only a rotten and old ones. so, i guess they cannot access bitcoin because they do not have cellphones or computers unless some people will help them to have and teach them to know how to use it.

Basically indeed it's open to all circles.
For the beggars, need a smartphone or PC donors maybe if they haven't it.. or they can go to internet cafes, because anyhow it requires an internet connection. But anyway it's impossible i guess, if all the paper money were change into bitcoin, that's a small possibility, I think forever will be an alternative currency alongside a paper money.
Beggars can't just go to the internet cafes because most of the people are judgemental and they will probably banning the beggars for getting accessed to the internet cafes because they will think that the beggars will just scare the people who are in there. Beggars are not for bitcoin because they don't have the money and the knowledge to use it.

If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?
First they need internet access, android phone that they can use and lastly person that teach to them how bitcoin works. They need to study the bitcoin before anything else because it's risky you know there's a lot of hacker and scammer.
That's true, the bad guys are everywhere and the beggars will be always their target because they have money and to have a gadget for that the very needed is only how they can protect this bitcoins if ever and when they are not knowledgeable aboit this things and more importantly their life.

If there was a way to make Bitcoin usable offline, then I believe beggars will have access to it. But the way I’m seeing things, such is never going to happen. And by the way, Bitcoin is just an asset and mainly meant to be used digitally and not physically as we do with fiat. It’s not a mineral resource that can be held physically, it’s not like those golds and silvers and diamonds. It’s completely different.

As long theu have gadget and internet in other they can access the problem.is the mobile phone but inany country like in 3rd world country even getting a free connection on the internet is not possible. Maybe some beggars will getting a hard time when it comes in crypto but the government will surely find a solution to access all them.

If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?
Well this is going to be ine of the problems that bitcoin will face if it were to be implemented in the next years or decades. Many people who do not have access to the internet or even with any technological devices would not be priveledged to do transactions. This is a problem that I see but I also see positive sides of it. With bitcoin being used, beggars will start to decrease because people would have to find a job to help yhemselves vmbecause it would be hard ti seek help from other people.

Beggars with the knowledge of reading and writing only can access in bitcoin because they can read and understand about in bitcoin through using gadgets and Internet. Even they don't have gadget because they are only a beggars there's a lot of place that there is an computer shop or Internet cafe that they can use to access in bitcoin.

That's one of the disadvantages I see if bitcoin will be implemented worldwide, it's accessibility. To get in touch with bitcoins, basically you need a computer or at least a phone/tablet and a stable Internet connection. But since beggars are very poor and can't afford to have those things (they are hard even providing their necessities) then it's nearly impossible for them to have btc or any crypto, therefore, they can't adapt this new technological advancement.

Before implementing this, I think we should first eradicate the poverty because it is the main reason why beggars came up to that disposition in life.

I think if there are no more fiat money because it is already a digital currency world then beggars will not be begging for money anymore. They will beg for food and other material things that they need for the day.  the government will take action if this scenario will happen.
I agree to this. The beggars will not ask for money anymore for the reason that it is not what they need anymore. They'll demand for materials that will help them survive, like the daily necessities such as food and clothing. The internet is the only access to cryptocurrency and that's something they do not prioritize to get them through the day.

A lot of beggars have smartphones nowadays. People will also start giving them older smartphones that they no longer need instead of money. But this is talking genuine begging. In many countries, begging is a form of organised crime and the criminals will make sure the beggers, effectively slaves, under their control will have smartphones to collect bitcoin.
Professional beggar may have smartphone and internet facilities, but the real bigger who even spend their lives from hand to mouth, they cannot get their livelihood, so for such people i do not think that they can use bitcoin or can get any access to bitcoin. Even in some backward countries the middle class people cannot afford the internet expenses and therefore they also do not have access to bitcoin.
