From what I know, Bitcoin can only be accessed by using gadgets like laptop, desktop or smartphone. They need to have an application that caters to Bitcoin users. Even if they are beggars, as long as they have the app, there's no problem with it.
Plus there are ATMs that could easily cash out your money coming from bitcoin after converting it via your gadgets, i believe this is not a hard task as long as they know how to use it and they have a device for accessing their wallets.

That's impossible that bitcoin will replace the paper money because not all people can access bitcoin because you need a Computer/Phone before accessing it and if that happens so many people will protest.But if it happens i think the government will provide some papers with Qr Code for transaction and making some ATM machine w/ free Card to access thei wallets, For me this idea is good because it can help beggars to their daily needs.
its hard to teach because they dont have any gadgets and they cant brows because they didnt connected to any network and some of beggars are not educated but some are smart , you can teach them but you have to give all the requirments to do

All I know about bitcoin transactions can be done using paper printing with QR code for anyone who wants to give money to them. Because by scanning QR Code, we can automatically send bitcoin in accordance with the amount determined by us.

They could cope up with the situation. I'm sure of that, besides if you really want to beg all you need is bitcoin address or QR code, it is easy to just show it to the people who wants to offer alms to you. Then for you to access what they give, you can rent a computer in the cafe's and you can now access your wallet.
With regards to withdrawal, I'm sure before beggars could know bitcoin on the streets, the countries already have their universal ID system. I'm sure the rest will follow.

Bitcoin still has its own process to convert it into paper money so the beggar can still experience bitcoin. However, they cannot do the transaction alone since they need to have knowledge about technology and how does bitcoin can be transferred to paper money. The only thing that we can let the beggar access the bitcoin is by teaching them the whole process of the bitcoin because I believe that their status is not enough reason for them not to experience the benefit of it. There will be ATMs provided to withdraw the cash that you earn from Bitcoins.
If he has device and an internet connection, he could possibly get bitcoins from a faucet or from some nice people online. If he doesn't, then someone can hand him a paper wallet on the street, which he could either take to a bitcoin ATM or wait until he acquires a device.
Beggars cannot access bitcoin that easy. They do not have capability to easily join bitcoin. They need to be supported and there should be that certain person who would help them get involved with bitcoin and they should be educated with this crypto in order for them to progress at life.
