I first heard / read about Bitcoin from a newspaper article and then around a year later a friend sent me one of my first bitcoins
I first heard about bitcoin from one of my friend, he was going to mine bitcoin using antminer S3, it was around 2014. The price of 1 BTC was around 300$ back then but after a few months it even dropped to 190$.
I heard from friends, about Bitcoin in one forum about making money online and I saw my friend put something about bitcoin faucet, I was immediately interested in bitcoin.

When I heard it from the news I ignore it because I don't have the knowledge about it,any information regarding Bitcoin but when my brother introduce it to me I encourage to join Bitcoin.He discuss the outcome if I use and join Bitcoin and now I already using it.

Time is very important, we cannot have a massive adoption in just a short period of time, what is important now is that bitcoin is getting more popular and people will be attracted to use it, soon the price will increase and investors will also be using bitcoin as a form of investment.
I think as long as we are using it and we are growing, this would bring us to a good future.

yes i can say that im trully an avid bitcoin fan since the day i know bitcoins , i get curios on what it is and started to read articles online and joining on the forum thats why i found this forum and also im eager to earn some of it because i see that it can actually converted to a real cash thats why i found it cool and now my obsesion to bitcoins are going thru the roof. though i mostly spend my time on this forum reading some techical aspect and fundamentals about bitcoin.
One of the firsts times I heard about bitcoin was in social media, and in the news. There was this big boom for cryptocurrency and all the media was around it. However it wasn't if not until I found Facebook pages and forum like this, that I could actually really learn about it.

Bitcoin was first introduced by a friend. But how bitcoin works was not elaborated further which gives me no interest at first. Then last month, a friend who is already a full time mom and is looking for another source of income invited me to join a campaign. Right there and then i was taught about the basics about bitcoin. I first heard about the bitcoin from a friend who tells me clearly what bitcoin is, where is the origin of Bitcoin, for whom etc. then I started looking for more reliable literature from books and internet so I was finally convinced to invest bitcoin
Last month my friends told me about bitcoin, I heard all about of bitcoin from them. They told me that bitcoin is the best way earning money. Bitcoin is a crypto currency which help us to earn money. They told me that you have to do some work by step to step before the earning money.
Back in August I came across an article on supposed teen bitcoin millionaire Erik Finnman who was technically planning on launching a mini-satellite into space with the recordings of regular folks, tech leaders and top artists. This led me to read about cryptocurrency, learn more and here I am a few months later (I think I might have heard the term Bitcoin before that article, but it didn't catch my attention then).

Based on my experience, all you have stated are the main reasons and caused on how I have learned and encountered bitcoin. I have read a certain advertisement about cryptocurrency while surfing online but I do not fully understand so I decided to just forget about it but on the other day while I am on the school cafeteria, I have heard that my close friend is discussing something into a circle of individuals and he have stated about cryptocurrency which is bitcoin and due to curiousity I ask him about that and he explained it very well so that was how I have first heard about bitcoin. I heard about bitcoin when I joined a promising site about three years ago. Well, I have first encountered bitcoin while surfing online because there are advertisements that showcase bitcoin usage. But on that time I do not yet know that it is a cryptocurrency until I have over heard it from a close friend of mine talking about such thing called bitcoin that was the modern money he was saying so due to the curiousity in my mind, I want to learn it and now, I am continuously using it and having the experience and benefits I can gain with it. I heard about it in 2016 through a ponzi. I bought some, participated in the ponzi but made no money. Sold out the remaining bitcoin.
I was told by my brother on bitcoin few years ago but i was hesitant and skeptical by that time.I don't have time before doing all those stuffs in bitcoin because i really don't believe it.It's just early this year that i became so active in bitcoin.Not believing before is really one of my biggest regret. I think that I first heard about it when randomly browsing documentary movies on youtube, it was one and hal years ago. Have been hooked ever since.
