Do you set aside specific times each day or week for gambling? If you enjoy sports betting, do you bet on games throughout the week whenever they're available?

Don't gamble for entertainment, don't do it regularly and do not set aside any time for that, there are plenty of better things to do with your life. You should only be betting when you spot an opportunity where you think you have an advantage over the house, otherwise you're just letting yourself get screwed.

Maybe it would be more appropriate if gambling should not be made a main job because it will be done every day and regularly, if it is just entertainment it will be done when someone needs entertainment but not regularly. I do some slot gambling to fill my free time and entertain myself with a little money. Don't expect to get a big Jackpot. However, when making bets such as sports betting, you will do this when you see several opportunities or superior players or teams playing. it will be an excellent opportunity to profit from betting. As a whole, this pattern is only based on a good chance or moment.

Currently  I don't intend taking gambling  anything seriois than this because Currently  I'm enjoying  all the moments I have now there isn't any need for unnecessary pressure.
I don't personally have any fixed or strict principles  for gambling  because Currently  I'm sure that im not using any reasonable  amount of money for gambling  no matter how tempting that game might look so im not tied to wanting to have a fixed bankroll for gambling .
I don't know if I enjoy gambling while listening  to music or in a quite place bjt what truly matters is that im doing  what pleases me at that time.
And I also don't have any fixed date for gambling, I just make some picks when I see wbays right for me.

Funny and weird right?

When it comes to sports gambling,  the best time to play and give yourself a winning  chance is always on the weekend as you are spoiled of choice and I believe this is when most pundits put in their bets too..but hope this isn't  classified as gambling addiction as this isnt the kind of gambling that needs you to play on each and everyday.
I love to play at night since no one would bother me and I may play continuously till I achieve my daily quota.
It's either your strategy is that good for you to have a daily quota or you lose some money when your session  is on because we have that saying that the house always wins and I dont know how you do it...care to share?

I don't have a gambling addiction, but I acknowledge that there are issues with my gambling habits that need to be addressed and corrected. One of the effective ways to tackle this is by observing, imitating, or modifying the patterns of other gamblers to suit me best.

Suits you best how? If your goal is to lose money then it sounds like a good plan. Pretty much all gamblers end up losing, so why would you want to copy them?

Yeah I agree with you on stopping the habit if its isn't fun for you but the truth to be told, I don't think most gambler that claim to gamble just for fun actually do gamble for just that purpose as the act is normally practice in my place by folks who are big time dreamers and feel they could have an easy escape to their hard life by hitting a miraculous win through gambling especially sports betting. Those set of people don't actually gamble because it is fun for them but they feel its an obligation which is pretty bad if you ask me because you might just end up an addict to the habit.

It doesn't matter if someone says that I will become a gambling addict. I will even add that I can be categorized as part of an addict. one thing that I realized, where gamblers have certain levels of understanding about gambling itself. I often read, that gambling is just to be part of the fun and even I said it myself. it's just that, there are those who don't understand the meaning of fun things and which are just figurative words.

Firstly, in gambling we are risking something of value and the reward is multiple wins. and that, very fun isn't it. well, most gamblers think or say. if in the end we lose the gambling session, they will still have fun. then, is this true? I sure don't. in fact, if gambling is no longer fun. in other words, we lose the gambling session. better stop the game session. we could come back tomorrow, or the day after, could be next week.
The point is, the problem of addiction is only we ourselves know it. I mean, we can guess that we are addicts or casual gamblers. Finally, if gambling is only detrimental to you, you should leave it and focus on other pleasures that can change your habit patterns.
I dont really mind on what others been saying as long i would really be able to make myself enjoy but of course im pretty much aware on how much i do only spend when it comes to gambling. There might be some people

who might be thinking that im already addicted but im pretty sure that im not. As long i do stick into my limit and having that kind of border line on my spending then it should really be find. About times or sessions then it would really be totally random because there are really times on which i do get bored and there are times on which im not really that in the mood on playing gambling because it cant really be just denied
that losing money is really that stressful.
This is why i dont really be having those kind of patterns because it would really be just on total random kind of behavior when it comes on playing gambling because this isnt the only one
on which ive been doing on the time that i do really seek out for leisure because sometimes i do really play computer games if ever i do get bored.

I love to play at night since no one would bother me and I may play continuously till I achieve my daily quota. But for the last few days, I've tried to play for a few minutes, set a little quota, and then quit after hitting it to complete my typical tasks. Splitting my daily quota till I meet my daily limit seems better than forcing myself to complete my daily quota in one go.

To be honest, I don't pay much attention to my gambling patterns, but of course there are a number of things I do to be able to keep my financial condition from being affected by my gambling activities, for example, such as recording expenses in excel and separating funds for gambling from my main wallet. And usually when gambling I play classic pieces to be able to reduce tension when gambling and I think that's quite helpful.
Putting my time to better use, preparing for the best things that are yet to come. We are primarily influenced by what we see around us, and gambling is never an option to consider when it comes to making money. I would encourage anyone concerned about gambling activities to reduce their spending and focus more on our businesses or jobs, which will keep our steady incomes flowing in. I'm constantly paying attention to my gambling activities and other recreational pursuits that will keep me busy and take my mind off gambling, that keeps the mind positive.

Do you set aside specific times each day or week for gambling?

I don't reserve time to place bets because as I do sports betting and I place bets on the top leagues and as the top leagues have games on weekends so I place bets when there are games in the top leagues, in some cases there are games on Mondays to 4th so I have to place bets on those days too, so it's hard to say a specific time or day that I place bets. so my answer is that i place bets when top league matches are available

If you enjoy sports betting, do you bet on games throughout the week whenever they're available?

I bet on games from the top leagues whenever they are available, but I don't bet on all games, I choose games where I have good chances of winning and that means that sometimes in a week I just make a single bet and in the week then I don't make any bets, for me it's not worth betting on a game where I see that I have little chance of winning. for example now that the top leagues are on vacation I sometimes place bets on leagues I don't know, but I take it as something to pass the time

When it comes to visiting casinos, do you play at one today or this week and then try out a different one the next time you want to gamble?

I make sports bets and always when games from the top leagues are available and if they are games in which I have chances and get it right, then that sometimes makes me go weeks without placing a bet, and also when the leagues stop and I sometimes do betting on leagues I don't know, then I stop for months until the top leagues come back, this is good to avoid gambling addiction

As for bankroll management, do you track it using an app, Excel, or any other methods?

my method is very simple: when i put 10$ in a week i put in my head that there are 10 games i will bet on, i will not put more than 1$ in each bet as long as my bankroll is 10$, when i win and i have 15$ then i pass to put 1.5$ in each bet, and when I lose all my bankroll I put 10$ again and repeat the same process

And regarding your environment, do you prefer playing at an online casino while listening to music in the background, or do you prefer a quiet atmosphere?

I prefer online casino and when I analyze the games I prefer silence

And usually when gambling I play classic pieces to be able to reduce tension when gambling and I think that's quite helpful.
Listening to classic songs can sometimes help me to make my heart calmer in gambling and not to be greedy, especially emotions, that's a good way for me to do that because I really feel what you feel too, talking about patterns is really not too important to think about how to win against casino, just play when it's time to play and stop when it's time to stop.

So the most important thing is to limit the budget for each gamble because that can keep us from losing a lot of money in gambling, besides that, don't forget to regulate your emotions as well as change your mindset for gambling because mindset determines how we can control ourselves in playing without the need to make patterns in gamble.

Even I'm a hard core lover of gambling, I don't really gamble a lot, but when I do, prefer the time when I'm free from everything else, so it's probably weekend that I prefer for gambling.

I'm not much into sports betting because I don't get enough time to watch any matches, so I don't really have much idea of which sport and which team is doing how, so I prefer playing some slots or other gambling games whenever I feel like gambling for a while.

I don't visit casinos because we don't have any around the country, I might do it if I go somewhere where land-based casinos are available.

As I said I don't gamble a lot, so it's not difficult for me to remember how much I've spent, so I don't really keep a record anymore, I used to but I don't now. When I used to do so, I used excel for the records.
Im glad you gamble responsibly. You seem to have time and expenditures under control. Gambling on weekends is smart-balance, right? Slots and other casino games may be entertaining without having to follow sports trends. Simply spin the wheel of fortune

Without a land-based casino nearby, one can't just walk in for a game, and there's no commute. But you may end yourself in Vegas. If you don't gamble much, keep track of your spending. It may seem tedious, but it helps track those odd splurges. If you prefer something simpler, try Excel again or a note-taking software.

I don't gamble regularly, and there is no set schedule for gambling. And I will gamble whenever I want and not for too long because it is not good for my finances. I also don't track how much I lose or win because I don't look it up or write it down in apps, Exel, or anything else. I usually gamble at night when I'm alone, but that doesn't mean I'll gamble every night because, for me, gambling is entertainment. And I have a lot of things that I can turn into entertainment, while gambling is just one of the entertainment for me. I always try to take care of myself while gambling and prevent the urge to continue gambling because it will be bad for me.

This is a good gambling habit established for you. I'm glad this works out for you especially on limiting your gambling urge to not mess up your financial obligations. It seems like you have made a healthy gambling way that could make you be at ease with yourself for having a break once in a while without having to overspend on it. I can't totally relate since I barely gamble these days, but I have a friend who's pretty much has the same routine to keep himself entertained and at the same time, to earn on the side without neglecting his other obligations. It's good to read that there are still many people who can keep their principles intact to prevent being addicted and being bankrupt while continue enjoying the things they like doing.

One of the effective ways to tackle this is by observing, imitating, or modifying the patterns of other gamblers to suit me best. I'm curious about your own gambling lifestyle. I may have missed other aspects, but these questions should suffice for now. I look forward to reading your thoughts and comments.
I don't do sports betting more than Slots games, I don't have the time to work on analysis and other things, I was originally not a fan of football and I am just getting used to the sport, I like playing slots every Sundays and I use small amount of money, to gamble and try my luck, so that's once in a week.

There are times where I make more money than I expected and I take some to play Slots within the week, my strategy is never to use large amount of money and never to expect anything when gambling, I just relax and say, lets see how this will go today.

I believe this is why I never feel hurt when I lose the money, because 20$ to 30$ in a week for gambling is far more affordable for me and I don't ever use more than this amount.

I used to exclusively gamble on Saturdays for an hour or two, and I would only play dice and call it quits afterwards. That pattern was on for almost a year before I became busy and moved on to other things. Right now, I still find time to gamble, although not as regular as it was 3 months ago and not much has changed. I don't look for the casino, nor do my hands itch to get a game going. I know I wasn't hooked, but being a habit that I tried to keep for so long, it really messed me in a way that I feel like something is missing in a week if I don't gamble even just for a few minutes.
Gambling doesn't need to sap much of our time or responsibility from doing other things. Your gambling session before was already alright. You only play once a week for an hour and maybe that was your day off. Sometimes we need to reward our selves from the whole week of working hard and don't worry because the people around us will surely understand it. If not, we can explain it to them on why we gamble.

I'm sure they can not do much because we are the bread winner of the family. You said not much has change but I think a lot has changed according on your explanation. We don't really need to quit gambling if we think we are not addicted to it. If we do, it's only hard at first if gambling is always running in our mind.

For most whenever I have some free time I like to gamble upon my favourite slots on specific casinos on which I have divided my monthly budget and don't go up even if it's all consumed without any profits.Speaking for sports betting then I bet on some famous leagues or matches I have knowledge and odds are good otherwise normal gameplay is there.

Many of us gamble on the weekends because it's time to relax and unwind. And many gamble on weekends at night and maybe that's because we can gamble relaxedly without anyone disturbing us while playing. What is certain is that we must know when we are relaxed and not thinking or doing other things to enjoy gambling moments. And what you have to remember is not to gamble when you are not in a bad mood because that can trigger us to use more money.
That is if you gamble just for fun and entertainment but unfortunately most of the gamblers use the gambling industry as a place to make money so not only on weekends but any time when they have money to gamble with.
So far, there have been many incorrect assumptions about gambling and of course this will influence a person to become a gambling addict.
But I hope that what you convey can actually be real so that not many people are addicted to gambling to find a source of income.

I tend to prefer one day in life type of casino adventures. I am not regular casino goer. I need to take a plane to go holiday and casino. Otherwise I prefer gambling at silent safe location. Obviously my home. Internet gambling options are so deep you don't need to go casinos anymore. Also I prefer sports betting over all others cause I believe it's more about skills less about luck.. I never took spreadsheets in past about losses but after the forum I am doing it.

I gambles anytime of the day as long as am free andless busy to get too engaged in doing other things, i also ensure that i manage my time while gambling to avoid getting too busy while gambling and leaving other things undone or unattended to, i make use of the common patterns by gambling less to avoid risk of loosing more, sometimes i go being creative and in soughting for new patterns to use after i would have sit to develop one base on what i could deduce from the game am about to set gambling for.
This means you can manage your time well because you can play gambling when free and immediately move on to doing other things. That's good because at least you don't know that there are other things to do, not just play gambling. We have our own patterns that will be different from other people because we have adapted them to what we are going to do so gambling will not interfere with our other activities.
