As for me, I have big profit but I want more. First time I bought bitcoin in June 2017(2500$ per 1 bitcoin). I think that only hamster can say 'How long everyone need to wait'. It's stupid question. Only the new comers to the crypto market feel negative.
One good thing, which high level investor had is waiting to neccessary moment and be patient. If you don't panic, the success will find you.

As long as the crypto market still survives.We can still wait for it. Cryptocurrencies are never ending with many possibilities to use it in the every aspect of our lives. I can wait as long as the price will be rise and make a huge profit , i invested when the price was high now the price is so dip so waiting till the day
No matter you are optimistic, you think that the market will soon recover, or you are a pessimist who thinks that the market is breathing its last, no matter who you are, what’s important is that the future is not known, and your predictions may be extremely wrong. So you need to be ready for any outcome of events.
I think everyone will patience untill the end of this year, if bull run still not show up in december i think everyone will dont wait any longer. This year is very hard to going through for all of us, hope next year will be better year.
Too it seems to me that all will suffer until the end of this year. If growth isn't, then many people just will begin to sell all the coins and will leave the market.
I have sold most of the coins. This year is a bear market. It's hard. Seeing that most coins prices have dropped 90%, it is heartache. The bear market has yet to see signs of bottoming out. i just hope it is not another vicious circle. it feelvs really gloomy when you're thrown aside at the kerb. three years of another merry-go-round would make anyone crazy, let's hope it won't be like this everyone experience this how long can you still hold your coins

Patience is very important in investment, the market condition is currently red so we never know when it can recover, but I am optimistic that the market will one day skyrocket again so I prefer to hold than sell.

It depends according to investment amount. For example if a investor invested normal amount of money he can wait until he earn some profits but if that investor invested big amount maybe he need to cash for some important purposes and he may have to sell his tokens with loss. That is painful situation surely. For me i can wait 4 5 years for profits beucase i invested normal amount of money. 4 5k dollar is normal amount of money according to my life savings.
its depend because some investment it take time before they can't get their profit. And I think if your asset have potential, you don't mind how long it takes because you know its outcome will be good. But since we don't know what might happen then the only we can do is to wait, we just need to be patient and keep believing because this is the only way we can know the outcome if we wait until the end.

You are right everyone is waiting for a positive respond from market, but if you remember it was a big pump in January 2018 so now market is in the correction mode & almost stable as we are looking BTC at 6500$.

I believe market will recover though it might take a little while for that to actually happen, i think the best anyone can do now is to gather as much tokens and possible and wait for the market to recover.
It seems to me that everyone will wait as long as necessary until the market starts growing again!
As people have said many times, I begin to understand that each person has his own zone through which he can understand how much patience you need to wait and how to organize your patience before a long correction.
The market now writes such figures that it is difficult to understand how long it will last. I personally counted on a couple of months, but the result is already almost a year.
Starting in January, we are waiting for the crypto price to rise again. But now we are almost entering the end of the year, but the price of coins is still low. And in our opinion, we must continue to wait until the coin returns. We must be patient and hope that when we arrive in December, the price of coins will slowly rise.
