I earned x3 on altcoin OCN. It also turned out to make x2 on HYDRO. Plus, a lot of altcoins, which brought 30-70% profit. There were failures, but thanks to the correct choice of profitable altcoins there were more)

Maybe it's more focused on trading the top 10 coins and haven't invested in ICO. Trading is very fun because of the profits that I can get every day, even though there isn't much profit. It was pretty hard to gain good profits from any altcoin during 2018. Everything has lost its value as for example Ethereum that fall from 1400 USD to 80 bucks. Luckily the market is slowly recovering and 2019 would be much better for us.

most people want to invest in altcoin because altcoin is a refinement from BTC, so altcoins should be more perfect therefore many people try to find the best altcoins. so the profit can be more if we buy at the lowest price. 2017, I've been lucky at ETH, one ETH can profit 100 $.

I think this depends on how much resources you put into your investments. In resources, I mean the financial you invest, the effort you put in monitoring your investments, and other factors that contribute to the total returns in crypto. During the time when crypto market is still healthy, getting returns that is 5x your investment is common. That is after researching very much about the project. But right now the market is down that your returns also declines.
