rarely make bets on politics, because I don't really like it. anyways I also don't know anything about politics outside my country. it's better to bet on sports and e-sports than to bet on politics that make me dizzy.
I'm also into e-sports and different sports but just to add twist to your betting journey, you should try the other game around.

And the perfect example of it is with politics betting, it's fun to be honest but you should only bet to those elections that you have an idea what's going on that country. If not, don't bet as if you're just wasting your money.

Politics betting isn't really a thing here in my country but I think I had done it before with my family members.
actually its not that way on whos OP is asking, what i believe is that putting money for politicians if they will win the seats or not,or i am missing something.

because my father use to help politicians in their campaign and if they won so my father will ask many favor that they wont resist and thats the betting i am thinking.
But it isn't really a big bet it was just a small bets with food and other stuff like chores.
But if there would be a site that would host such thing I think it would be a good one to change the old fashion betting where we only focus on sports and other famous things.
so thats really a family betting because even shores is part of the bets?cool lol hahaha

Actually I'm not usually betting on politics because world of politics was very huge and very hard. In politics the money is the most essential value and money is the only one who are controlling the revolving of the politics, if you guys know what I mean. Politics in which money is the most involved then it can happen anything impossible like winning the most underdog in the campaign and etc. so it is very hard to bet on politics that's why I don't really bet on it, and if I bet on politics it is very often.

in my country there is no gossip on politicians, nor have I heard anyone gamble on politicians.
and I don't think you have to bet, because it's really stupid.
you can easily take the poll you voted for and know the results in advance if you are interested. I mean I don't know how such gambling works, whether you bet the winner of the election, or something else, but it doesn't sound tempting or I care.

There are still many countries that are fairly fair in voting, in my country the voting is done in realtime with witnesses from both parties and if there is cheat, surely only certain individuals are carried out in some areas.
No country is devoid of corruption. The voting system exists to please something called "democratic demand" from public - its makes the common people think that their opinions matter and so they feel happy. It is actually a false hope because everything going on in politics is not to be known completely by common people. But if you feel your county voting is fair enough then you should go for betting on the side you feel is going to win.

But so far I don't recommend politics to be used as a gambling match.

I don't really bet on politics cause I don't see it as a game we could just play. It's our own economy we're talking about. When it comes to politics, I'm more into who could make changes in my country. Although at some point, it's obvious who would likely to win based o their popularity on stats but that's not the case... Call me a killjoy but I just don't feel like betting on things should be taken seriously. And one thing is that we never know who will win. Sometimes those who seem to be obviously won are the one who loses since cheating are rampant in elections

That's really funny. Politics barely has anything to do with changes in the country. if you want to do that start with yourself. Most of the time, it's entertainment. Politicians are mostly old guys trying hoard money that they can't take with them when they die. Politics is a very corrupt system that would only drag you down if you take it seriously. Elections are a very good topic for gambing. Won quite a lot of bets that way.

Politics seems predictable most of the time but looks like few people actually bet on it. Example, you know Joe Bidden has probably 50% chance of winning the Democrats primary. What stops you from picking and betting on that? Do you bet on politics and what are your winning stats.

Some time around October 2016 after the Access Hollywood tape was released, a certain betting site gave 108 to Trump winning the election. I believed strongly that Trump was going to win despite everything thrown at him. I had $5,000 and wanted to pick the odd. Somehow, I didn't follow through. That could have given me over half a million dollars in winning.

How often do you bet on Politics? Any reason why most people don't really bet on Politics? Do you know any trusted betting site that offers good odds in American Politics?

Didn't realize you could earn big with betting on politics. It probably never crossed my mind because it feels like there is something so wrong about betting on politicians. It's like betting on the fate of an entire country.

Some may say it's unethical and i tend to agree, but when you think about it i surely hope that these political bets don't affect the outcome of the polls.

For some reason this bet is very difficult for me to do.
I do not really understand about politics in the world except in the local area, it's just how to work on this political stakes. I want to try, but where to start. And one more thing, if you bet. Are fellow users or gambling sites available.

It's not really that hard though as it mostly involves in you betting for a candidate who you think will win.
One site I know that does it right is https://www.betfair.com/sport/politics  it works mostly for country like the UK and USA.
However, you need to ask yourself if you really want to do it. I feel politics betting is easily manipulated though.

Thank you for the site suggestion.
After I saw it, I was really confused about the gambling site. And if I do it maybe I will do it with feeling without knowledge and that's certainly not a good idea when betting.
Exactly its not really a good idea to gamble without knowledge but it’s good to gamble without feelings. Those who think too much and take stress about the win and lose will suffer. Better play gambling when you become completely sure about the reality of the website if you stuck with the fake sites it will make you lose instead of winning and to bet in politics it needs high-quality knowledge.

This post makes me curious as i have never heard of political gambling. I feel finding the odds in politics is relatively easier and can help stay positive when gambling. I am not really sure about betting platform which deal in such portfolio of gambling but i will come back to this post when i come to know about one , maybe around next state elections in my country which are scheduled for next month
Augur, the decentralized gambling platform allow to gamble on politics with cryptos. Freebitcoin the famous faucet, is also offering bets on politics. But I think there are some others, so it would be great if you or someone else could list them here.

Actually politics is a bit predictable gamble. Very less often you would see a total turnaround in the table and some unexpected result that's why political gambling can be boring. Moreover you don't get a lot of chances to gamble on politics as there aren't elections happening around everyday. But yes I think trump winning was still a pretty big surprise as not a lot of people liked Trump winning also for the most of the time during counting Hillary was far way ahead so maybe politics can be a bit uncertain too.

I'm not seeing any advantage in betting on politics because like any other sport event, the results of any politics and its election results also highly unpredictable which makes betting on politics is not my favorite one. I know some people are sharing by analyzing the trend among common people we can easily predict a winner of an election but it is not in that case in my country because I cannot openly find out who are all favorable among common people in my country.

At the same time, it will be much easier for me to predict few sport events because I'm able to analyse the skill of a player and a team. This is the reason I'm simply avoiding betting on politics.

After I saw it, I was really confused about the gambling site. And if I do it maybe I will do it with feeling without knowledge and that's certainly not a good idea when betting.
Betting on politics is same as betting without knowledge. Grin

Its more like a, "I support this nominee, so they will win" situation and definitely not something that you do for money but for fun and time pass. I mean votes are basically a showoff, its already decided who is going to win even though common people would not know it. In some countries voting is so much rigged than most people dont even go for voting.

So its like a fixed sports match and you dont even have any idea whom to bet on. Its better to avoid it, in my opinion.

I agree with you that we should avoid betting like this, but in my opinion not all countries cheat when voting. It can be a manipulated one as many things depend upon money and more you give higher the chances that people might even vote for them . Or with some settings and have some power they can change the result as well though not always possible but in some countries it might be possible .

We agree that Betfair does a pretty good job. Also PredictIt.

Here at exbet.io we also hope to be offering a broad selection of Politics markets when we launch.

But we are intrigued... when you say that "politics betting is easily manipulated"... can you give some examples?
