there are many ways to deal with stress, I usually go on holiday to Bali to relieve stress, go surfing golf and try all tourism dsinasi there, but there are times when I am lazy for vacation, usually I am fishing to relieve stress and forget the problem

My stress reliever is that I sing a lot. When in stress I used to go to the bathroom alone and start singing.
The second way is to run jogging and listening to music. I find this is a very effective stress reliever that I have used.
One day's work will make you tired and become stressed so we can find a remedy to relieve ourselves.

Learn to let express your anger.
Go somewhere and just jump in the air - putting your hands up and shouting like a monkey.

Meditation is a great tool and just learning to breath is very effective so https://www.headspace.com/ has been very effective for me.

Calm yourself, make a deep breath and think of happy memories that you have.
if you can do YOGA its a better thing to do, go out with your loved ones or with friends and make fun all day.
stress is a feeling we feel because we let it come to us by thinking so deep with our problems or sad things. just be happy!

Stop monitoring cryptocurrency exchange every 5 minutes(really works). But seriosly you can take some valerian pills and try meditation for 20-30 minutes. By the way, that also helps to upgrade concentration.

The best way to deal with stress is to start doing exercises. When you start work-out you will feel a lot better due to losing all energy for your muscles. You lose you positive and negative energy so at the end of a day you will not think about bad thing happened, you will think how to relax. Secondly, spend your time with people you love. They can be your friends, relatives etc. You will realise that their appearance can make you happy and moody.

i read a comment before that said stop looking at bitcoin charts  Grin very true.

if you are looking daily at charts by all means try to stop.

but that aside, try taking walks, 30 mins every day to cool your head off. Meditate if you can, but a lot of people find this difficult.. so i suggest just taking a stroll. Working out takes off a BUNCH of stress, and can give you a strong feeling of relaxation, muscle relaxing and blows out a lot of steam that might be building up and triggering your anxiety and most importantly you will also sleep better as a result!

Don't do things that can make you stress occasionally.
If it is about your work, you must give time for yourself and relax.
When it's at night, give yourself a good sleep and not just go to sleep late at night all week long.
