I dont think that any methos is existing to deal with stress, but what i am doing is to say to myself that everything will be passed and i will countinue my life, dont forget everything will pass.

My answer is yoga and else I've tried floating recently. Floating calmed me down for at least three days.

depend why you can get stress
i think for general cure to stress is knowign the real source of that stress
after that accept it and keep moving forward
do more exercise and find good hobbies will help too

Exercise is by far the best method for dealing with stress. That and sleep! If you're having trouble sleeping then exercise. Solves both your problems!

Absolutely true. I feel myself terrible if I stop doing sport or sleep not enough. It's the key things. Also you can pass sport and start just running in the park/forest or something that is tied with activity.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

I deal with stess by Praying and Laying it all with God. For I trust in Him even if I cant find reason to go on. I put my faith in Him and believe i will surpass the struggles im facing.

We are creating the stress, I do feel this as well sometimes. But what I always did is that I am making sure that I get enough sleep, have a fun environment and atleast try to enjoy what you are doing even though that you don't like to that much. The only way to escape is that you should really have fun once in a while.
