if I am stressed again, calm down and imagine a beautiful and comfortable place
If in a stressful state but I can not afford to leave the office to just look for fresh air then I can try to calm myself and overcome it with imagination. I just need to imagine a comfortable and beautiful place such as the sea, beach, blue sky, mountain, hills or atmosphere I like. How to cope with stress this one is quite simple but has a good enough impact for the mind to not be too tense.

One important thing about stress is you need to see it as good for your body. If you think stress is bad it literally takes years away from your life.
To cope with stress is very easy, I just have a sleep, when I wake up everything will be peaceful, as I see now many people choose to reduce stress by choosing a cafe to sit watch movies or read books

Just do not think about the bad, but only about the good. Go to some nice place and relax, have fun. Of course, you can take a hot bath at home and relax, too.

How to cope with stress by doing a hobby you want to do is the easiest way. A hobby is an activity that is believed to calm one's mind if done.

If you are having a bad day or a stressful one, you try to stay away that makes you stressed. I know at some point it is hard to avoid. Whenever I am stressed, I just go outside and play basketball just to release the tension through sweating. After that I will eat then sleep. The next morning I feel relieved a bit.

lol that or pick up a martial art, it's great being able to spar with people who you know can handle a lot but I'd say sex would probably work best Tongue
I think martial arts is used to improve health and other parts are for self defense, but using it to relieve stress is quite difficult, I think that I should choose to relax myself as to eat Or with friends watching movies and going out

In dealing with stress, it is hard for the other including me to maintain a good lifestyle because stress is always with us but there are some ways to help us in lessening stress like having happy thoughts, think positive and etc.

Look up some meditation techniques. They exist to calm your mind from anxiety.

how to overcome the first strees is to calm ourselves first, try to kick away the problems that currently make us stress, for example by going shopping, go out on recreation or doing things we like the most. remember this is not us to do forever, but only temporarily to calm ourselves first.
and regulate the respiratory tract like taking a deep breath and hempaskan is one natural way to reduce stress in our body.

So I often quit my job if I feel stressed, spend a whole day entertaining (watching movies, playing ps4, ..) or going to buy Eat with friends and share with them your pressures to receive encouragement and to partly relieve your mood. Do not let the disease get any worse, because Do you think yourself to liberate yourself?

Deal the stress through eating and drinking. Through this you can deal with your problem. While eating and drinking thinking about the solution to the problem.

Stress ! I hate this thing. I really do. Because stress is known as silent killer. It will destroy your mind and soul. You will not have any peace at all. Whatever you do or wherever you will go stress will follow you and keep you distracted. Previous year I was in stress. So I talk with my doctor. She prescribed me some steps to fight stress. Here are they for you guys:

1. Work physically. Physical exercise is one of the main key to fight stress.
2. Try to laugh. Laugh with your friend, laugh with your family.
3. Try to share the thing that gives you stress. Or you can write it down in a notebook.
4. Try to listen to music. What type of music you like...
5. Try to get busy yourself in different type of positive activity.

After following these 5 steps, I am successfully able to recover from stress. I hope you guys will do so. Smiley

I handle stress by exercising and cycling. Sometimes, I drink coffee to make the body more relaxed.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

the stress of life makes a person stressful. Thus, continuous stress can happen and make our body tired. for me How to deal with stress can be done by doing our favorite hobby. The goal is to get a pleasure so that it becomes a special entertainment for our mind and soul. In fact, doing a hobby can make us become excited after a tiring activity.
